Correspondence initiated on 4/22/25 on Cars.com has so far failed to generate a relevant response. I emailed Bill Walsh Toyota on 4/22/25 on Cars.com to ask if a 2022 Toyota Rav4 hybrid was still available. The response I received on 4/25/25 was a message from the dealer asking if there had been appropriate follow-up. I responded with a question about the availability of the vehicle. On 5/1/25 I received an email encouraging me to bring my current vehicle in for an appraisal of its trade-in value. My original question has not been answered.

I traded in my 2013 Pruis and purchased a used 2022 Pruis from Bill Walsh and Jake was our salesman. He was very nice, chill, and knowledgeable about the used car and helped us figure out the final decision (I was debating between new and used) and I can say I'm extremely happy with our decision. We've been using Bill Walsh Toyota for maintenance on the 2013 Pruis for years and will continue with this new one.

Hello! I went in for a tire rotation & oil change earlier this month on my 2020 Corolla, all is well when I go in. I figured while I was there I could get an estimate on a 2024 Camry BUT to be perfectly honestly I wasn't going to buy a car. Thought well I’m going to wait. Jake Elitzer, reached out to me letting me know this is what we can do for you, I absolutely fell in love with my 2023 Toyota Camry he had brought out. The building was around closing time but I didn’t feel pushed or rushed to buying the car, didn’t feel as if they were trying to get me out of the building. Jake is a very calm, patient, intelligent & professional worker. Not only did I give Jake five stars, but this dealership as well. Hi, I recently was looking to purchase a newer Toyota car. My 2007 Corolla was still running very good, but I was wanting to make a two vehicle trade due to parking issues and wanting a newer car. I found the Walsh dealership on a WEB search and I found a used Rav4 I wanted to look at. I called and it was still for sale. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Salesman Jake Elitzer. Jake and I talked about what type of car I was looking for and what vehicles I wanted to trade in. He showed me the car I had found on my WEB search and we took a nice long test drive. The drive helped me determine that this car wasn't the one for me. Jake and I then talked about what other Toyota cars might be a better fit for me. Just in the show room near where we were sitting was a new Corolla Cross Hybrid. Just sitting in the car, it seemed like a better fit for me. The manager had no problem moving the car from the show room outside so I could test drive it. Again, we went for a long test drive and this time it was a much better drive for me. The Hybrid car does take a little getting used to, but I decided to work out a deal with Jake and the Manager. Jake Elitzer was quite a help, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and I recommend him should you be looking for new or used car.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They got us what we needed and they did it fast. They met all of our expectations and went above and beyond.

They are very genuine people and do a good job. We bought a grand highlander hybrid max platinum from them. They do clean business and do not play games with buyers. I am saying this after talking to a lot of dealerships in search of this vehicle. We have to thank Curtis who quickly got us in touch with Mike. And the whole process was smooth after that. On the day of purchase, everything was perfect. Kimberly is so friendly and knowledgeable. She patiently explained everything about the car and spent a good deal of time with us after we finished our paperwork. She made sure that we were comfortable with the car. She answered all our questions. Over all it was a great experience. We will not hesitate to buy again from them and would recommend them to anyone we know looking for a car.

I've purchased multiple vehicles from Bill Walsh Toyota and it is always a great experience. Everyone that works there is a solid person. They stand by their vehicles and are always fair. I enjoy working with Dave the manager, Amanda in finance and Jake in sales and am certainly a customer for life. Highly recommended.
