I was especially impressed with the professionalism of the two sales people I dealt with during the purchase of my new car. Colton and Chase were very helpful at all time. However, I cannot say the same about your financial person. (Can't remember his name.) Although I kept saying over and over that I did not want a warranty, he kept pressuring me, no matter how many times I said NO! I wanted to say: "What is it about the NO word you do not understand?" When I said I wanted to think about it, this person was relentless. So I just walked out. I would suggest that you send this individual to a class on interpersonal communication skills and sensitivity training. Every other aspect of my experience was excellent.

The whole process from arriving to walking out went very smoothly. The folks at Subaru were all accommodating and very nice. The only gripe I have is that they did not check the tire pressure before I left the dealership with the car. Upon arriving home, I checked and they were all different amounts and very low.
