Had the greatest of experiences with the team at Oak

Had the greatest of experiences with the team at Oak Ridge Nissan today, trading our Rogue for a new Pathfinder. Xavier and his team gave us a great deal and treated us like family. They worked with us to get the best price we could. Big shoutout to them all, thanks for the great service.

I would not waste my time dealing with these liars.

I would not waste my time dealing with these liars. They are deceitful will lie straight to your face. Do not deal with a salesman name RD straight up sent me a message stating that I was preapproved with Nissan for $39,000 I called Nissan. They said they have no record of any preapproval for me. I sent emails to the GM that sales managers the finance managers no one bothers to email you back. I have reported them to the CFPB and the Better Business Bureau stay away from this place. They will make you mad and lie straight to your face.

High pressure.

High pressure. Refused to discuss any numbers unless we came in. We've bought multiple cars from other dealerships totally online, only coming to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. There was no point in driving a couple hours to their dealership if we were thousands of dollars apart. Since Oak Ridge refused to even discuss numbers online like every other dealer will, I bought from another dealer who was respectful of my time and needs.

Very disorganized sales force, took hours to get anything

Very disorganized sales force, took hours to get anything done, could not find car I wanted to see, then could not find keys to another car. sales person was nice but others were very high pressure and bullying. Not a good experience if you are a female. One manager was very rude and actually told me something that was obviously inaccurate. When I asked to decline Gap insurance, they told me I couldn’t. They push their favorite credit union on you despite higher interest rates. I wanted to leave to get something to eat and they kept saying I couldn’t. I am diabetic, they are lucky I didn’t fall out in the floor and create a scene. Don’t go there unless you want to be treated like you don’t have a brain.

Horrible dealership!

Horrible dealership!! They are very Unprofessional. They will lie right to your face just to make a sale. They will not give you what your trade is worth. Do not believe them when they say they will give you over KBB value. They will charge you over MSRP for your vehicle. If you see a sale price online, do not expect for them to honor it. They will not save you thousands they will charge you thousands more than the vehicle is worth. They ask you to review them on Google while you’re sitting there waiting to see the sales manager. You know the dealership is shady when they’re begging for good Reviews.

Be careful!

Beware, road alone with my grandson and his wife Saturday to look at a 2020 Murano they had advertised for 17999. Got their and the car was there but the price was not. Saleman said that was a Sales ad mistake, xx (that was the right price for that car.) They did buy the car but not for that price. Typically bad ethics and no integrity. Integrity starts for the owner and trickles down. I've been in the car business all my life and they are a handful of dealers that have Integrity this is not one of them.

Bad quality in workmanship of interior of the auto

Bought a new 22 Kicks within one week holes started to appear in passenger seat, took it back, we don't smoke, but they us looked like cigarettes burns, would not take care of it, now the drivers seat is doing the same thing, Nissan says all they have to go is what the dealer tells them,now it's time our 1st free oil change and they tell me it will be 2wks before they can get it done, must have only one mechanic working there so I will probably take it to another dealership to have this service done but I will not be taking it back to them nor would I recommend them to anyone else to purchase a car from them so beware before you purchase something from them and make sure that you look the car over even though we did it doesn't appear that they are willing to work with you to get any of your problems resolved
