Great buying experience. Paperwork and everything was done when I got there. All I had to do was sign papers. Vehicle was just as the pictures showed.

Jim was very pleasant and polite. He made our experience feel more personal compared to a dealership experience. We were not pressured into buying anything, even though we knew that we were already set on getting the Nissan Rogue. The windshield was cracked and the interior had pet hair on the seats and floor. We conveyed our concern about the two issues, especially in regards to the pet hair since my family has allergies. Jim took care of us and had it arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned, and for our windshield to be replaced. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and CUABSI to friends and family. Any future vehicle purchases will be going through this place.

When I got home from work they were waiting in my driveway. When I wanted several add ons for my truck he arranged for them through his repair associates. You can't ask for better service.
