I found a vehicle for sale by this dealer and made arrangements to travel (150 plus miles round trip) to test drive the vehicle. I had the full purchase price in cash in my pocket. I called to let them know I was on my way during the middle of the business day only to get a recording saying they were closed. I continued on my route concluding maybe they had not changed their message as this was a Monday. I called again 30 minutes later and talked with the same salesman I had spoken to that AM to be told they had the vehicle in the shop replacing the tires and shocks and that the price was going up. I pulled the vehicle up on line and it was still listed for the same price. I read the dealers info regarding the vehicle and there was nothing regarding tires or shocks, in fact it stated the tires were in excellent condition. I believe this dealer is not reliable and I would purchase anything from them. They will do their best to manipulate the price and lie to do so. run away!

This is NOT a dealership. It is a hock shop! Over 100% markup on vehicles that no other “ dealer” in town would put on a lot. Remember, just because they’re a “ dealer” doesn’t make them reputable. It’s like dealing with a drug dealer, they’ll say what they need to say, to get done what they want to get done” The supposedly tried to send the bill of sale through our bank, but came back and wanted almost 50% of the sale price as a down payment 😂 Turns out, our bank didn’t want that at all. The deal is, they sell junk and want to make their money back on the down payment because they know what they’re selling! Beware.. this lot is a scam….. if you want your money stolen, this is the place to go

June 2022: I was interested in a VW GTI they had for sale. We called on a Tuesday to discuss details about the car and they (Brandon) said that the car was being serviced/repaired for a leaking radiator hose, and that it was fixed. Fixed as in DONE. I called again on Thursday to schedule an appointment on Friday to look at and purchase the car, and asked if they needed a deposit. They said they would welcome a deposit to ensure availability of the car, but when asked, told me the deposits are non-refundable to the prospective buyer, since "sales can be lost if a car is held for someone and they have to make sure people are going to follow through" with the purchase, and if not then they keep the deposit to offset their possible sale loss. I didn't leave a deposit, thankfully, and said I would be driving up the following morning, Friday. I called when I left my area, and drove 3 HOURS to Knoxville, only to find the car BEING REPAIRED in their garage for the leaking radiator hose. I had called them when I was ONE HOUR away so they would know when I was to arrive. After waiting a few minutes, I simply asked to go look the car over while they fixed the hose, but was told I couldn't due to "insurance reasons", it being in their "garage". After being there one hour, they drove the car down, only to tell me that the had an issue, and it was in fact the radiator core that was leaking, but if I didn't turn the heater on , it wouldn't leak on my foot. They would have to order the heater core, and that would take a few more days to repair it. The interior smelled like anti-freeze and was on the driver's floor mat, and there was coolant all over the engine compartment when I popped the hood. I gave the keys back to Brandon and left the store. Keep clear of these guys, it's not a "dealership" by any means. Cars are "10 footers" at best. And I was told on Tuesday that the car was FIXED. DONE. Yet they let me drive 3 HOURS and allowed me to wait while they tried to fix it. Why didn't they tell me it WASN'T FIXED?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

They want more than half as a down payment BS. An 400$ a month I believe the business is really struggling...most reps dont know about cars either..BBB

When I read the reviews about them I didn't think people were serious but they were. It's been a week and I haven't heard a single thing from them. You'd think if you want to sell a vehicle to somebody that they'd borderline hassle you and call you every other day but I haven't heard a word from them. I guess they didn't want my business so I'll take my money elsewhere.

Small car lot. We were looking for a specific vehicle and they had one there. The salesman was very nice and easy to deal with. I was happy with the service we received.
