C & R Auto Fleet

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this establishment. I purchased a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from these guys and it had a bad transfer case. They claim that they have a mechanic that makes sure all mechanical systems work, don't believe them. They will also tell you that you get a warranty from them through a third party. The warranty company is a bigger rip-off than they are. C & R claim they don't sell junk and you won't need the warranty, like in my case you better hope that you don't need the warranty because it is worthless.

I found the car I liked on their very informative, very easy to use website. It had all the details about the vehicle, including mileage,price, service record, and even pictures of the interior. When I went in person to look at the car, it was exactly what was represented. The buying process was so easy. Most of the paperwork was done by e-mail and Ryan was great in answering all my questions and getting the deal done exactly the way I wanted!

I've had the truck about 2 weeks now. I had been looking for the right truck at the right price for about 2 months and this 2008 F350 King Ranched popped up on-line. Great price, I knew I had to act fast. I e-mailed C&R Auto Fleet and made an appointment to see the truck. Ryan worked around my schedule and showed me the truck. He looked at my truck as a trade-in and he gave me a more than far price for it. We had a deal that night. Great experience but the reason I'm most impressed with Ryan and C&R Auto Fleet is, 5 days after I had the truck a radiator hose went bad and needed replaced. I contacted Ryan and asked about the warrenty I got with the truck and this was not covered. Without hesitation Ryan offered to pay my repair bill and mailed me out a check, unbelievable! C&R will always be the 1st place I look for a vehicle in the future. Thank you Ryan! Russ Gheer

After visiting 3 other lots in the area I was tired and fed up with the slick used car salesman telling me I had to sit down in the office before they gave me prices on vehicles. At C&R Auto Fleet Ryan acknowledged my presence and gave me a few minutes to look around the lot. As soon as I felt like digging deeper into the clean vehicles he walked up to me and asked how he could be of help. Bought a 2001 7.3L diesel Ford Excursion with extremely low miles. They made the purchase process easy. The vehicle was in extremely good condition and they provided a fair process on the Excursion and my trade-in. I definitely would consider buying a vehicle from them again, if they had the vehicle I was looking for.

I found an affordable truck on cars.com. My budget wasn't on C&R's high end but Ryan treated me very professionally. The truck is excellent and the transaction was smooth. C&R has a nice inventory of clean vehicles. I would recommend C&R to anyone looking for a clean used vehicle at a reasonable price. I'll keep them in mind when I'm ready for another purchase.
