I was searching for a good used car for my son & I came
I was searching for a good used car for my son & I came across this 2014 Acura Tl located at Auto Gallery in Gainesville. I contacted them & I spoke with sales rep “Lisa” who made my auto shopping experience an awesome experience; If there was something that she didn’t know, she didn’t just tell me whatever, she found out &/or would connect me with someone who did know! I’m looking forward to purchasing another vehicle soon & to have the chance of working with Lisa again. Can’t wait to tell all my friends!!

I came looking for a solid everyday driver for a good price. I bought a beautiful 2019 Hyundai Tuscon at a fair market price. Tim was awesome to work with from start to finish! I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone.

I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe and I am very happy with...
I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe and I am very happy with my whole car buying experience! I initially drove the 3.5h to buy a Honda Passport and I knew it had an accident because my sales rep Val sent me the carfax report right away. After inspecting and test driving I found some issues with the car. The brought it to their shop right away to check on the Honda. The Assistent Manager brought me in his office to tell me very honestly the shop is not able to fix those problems to my satisfaction. Since they knew I drove so far they offered me all the help possible to show and test drive as many cars as possible. After finding a good pick they gave me good deal on the car and on the warranty. Val even drove to the gas station to fill the car up for me! If I need to buy a new car again, I will contact them first and see what they have to offer.

Nice and Easy
Eric met with us because I was looking for a specific model with specific needs on an Infiniti. I have had an accident and it totaled my car which had everything on it. For an older lady, I wanted a car that I could drive safely with all the features, and that was similar to ones I had driven for 25 years. They had to to offer but not the features. Eric was not pressuring me, very kind, and very respectful of my determination to have "the car" I wanted. He even offered to go to another location and bring a car I might have approved. But, without assurances that it would meet my expectations, I declined. He has promised me to be on the "lookout" for the car I need, and I certainly believe he will make every effort. A very pleasurable experience dealing with Auto Gallery in Gainesville!

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this...
I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this dealership. I bought a used car from a salesman named Ben on April 6. The car was filthy and smelled funny, but I know how to wash a car. The salesman lied to me several times about the car and its CarFax history. He took my driver's license to make a copy and didn't return it, and then left the dealership. He had to mail my license to me. When I bought the car, I was told the tag and title would be emailed to me within a couple of weeks. The temporary tag expired on May 21, and I didn't receive anything. I called the dealership, and they told me that the tag was being processed and I should have it within the week. The next time I called, I was lied to and told that someone had come out to deliver it to my home twice, but no one was home. A) I'm in North Carolina, B) my husband is at home full-time. I eventually talked to Meredith, who seemed to know what she was talking about and told me that the processing time would be longer because I live out of state, and I should have my tag in a couple of weeks. So I called Meredith again almost three weeks later, and she said that the information had been sent in and the DMV should have it. Today I called the Georgia DMV and the title was still in the previous owner's name, and there was no tag. I called the NC DMV, and they didn't have any information at all about the car after looking up the VIN. It's June 21! The car has been sitting in my driveway for a month! These people are out-and-out liars. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and they better take this car back and give me my money back. I'm done with their BS.

Very unprofessioinal... the guy overslept
Being from out of town, my wife and I spent days trying to get information on a Sequoia. Finally, we got in touch with a salesman named Jeremy. Emails and questions went unanswered. Only after repeated questions, did we learn about hidden fees. We started a deal late on a Wednesday, filled out the finance paperwork, and agreed to talk the following morning at 9am. When we called, he was sleeping and not prepared for the meeting, very unprofessional. He said it was his day off, but he'd go in the office in an hour or so. He failed to mention any of this the night before. Not hearing back by lunch, we contact him, and he still had not gone into the office. So we called the dealership direct, and someone had just put down a deposit, making us miss out on the car. They did say they would call back letting us know whether or not the car sold, so we could proceed either way. (The never called back). I called back the next day making sure they don't run an inquiry on my credit since the deal fell through. Jeremy happened to answer the phone, and he proceeded to tell me there were 5 parties interested in the car, and that did everything he could. This was an outright lie. If there was other interest, he made no mention of it. He never once asked for a deposit. Moreover, scheduling an appointment, being woken up, taking hours to follow up, and arguing that he "deserves a day off too", was downright infuriating. No one returned my call regarding my question about running my credit. The dealership got the sale regardless, but Jeremy's laziness and unprofessional actions cost him a sale, and us a car, and I would not recommend this business.
