BE WARNED!!!! Just learned they will not service or sell you a vehicle based on your political affiliation! My dad has been a friend of the owner for 25 years, bought and serviced many vehicles over the decades. However, because my dad voted for “the other candidate” the NBAC refuses to work with him anymore. It’s so sad and pathetic that this happened. A long friendship destroyed because of something so petty.

Getting into the process of getting a replacement commuter car, and this shop has set the bar. Easy going. Let me take the vehicle for a ride on a Saturday afternoon. While I am not convinced about the vehicle, I will be checking to see what else they have on the lot that meets my needs. The way car shopping/buying should be.

I went to North Berwick Auto Center on Friday, March 3rd to look at a used 2013 Honda CR-V. I spoke with Ryan Smith, who urged me to try out the vehicle, which I did. I told him I was interested, but would make a final decision over the weekend. Never at any time did I feel pressure of any kind to purchase the vehicle. When I decided to purchase the vehicle I contacted Ryan. We agreed on a price and a time when I would pick the vehicle up on Monday. When I picked the vehicle up, it was running and nice and warm, shiny as a brand new vehicle, clean as a whistle. Ryan gave me an overview of some of the features of the vehicle and made sure I knew where the basic features were. I felt my experience with this dealership was very positive and I was very happy about it.

I told the salesman up front that I was looking at another vehicle exactly like one they had, the other dealer was willing to add a starter AND meet my price point. He told me flat out to go there and buy from the other company. CAN DO!!!!!

We shopped around and stumbled upon North Berwick Auto Center while test driving another vehicle from another dealership. From the moment we went there we were pleasantly surprised to see the vehicle we were looking for with less milage than any other one we had seen, plus at a great price! The best reason to buy a car here though is the no hastle,no pressure helpful service we received from our salesman Ryan Smith!! Would not hesitate to buy another car here! ? ????

I had looked online, and found the car I was interested in, a Volvo S-60. I was very happy to see that North Berwick Auto Center had the exact car that I wanted, because I was familiar with the organization, and I really didn't want to go to a big dealership with pushy salespeople. I called, and spoke with Eric, and went to see the car after work that day. I drove the car, and decided on the spot that I wanted it. Eric pulled everything together the next day, and I picked it up that evening. It was a pleasure, which I've never said before about buying a car. Everyone I encountered at North Berwick Auto Center was friendly and pleasant, but I can't say enough good things about working with Eric. He was friendly, professional, and not the least bit pushy or aggressive. I absolutely LOVE the car -- in fact, the morning after I bought it, I drove 250 miles to upstate New York. It was a great ride! I highly recommend North Berwick Auto Center!

Everything you need is here. great sales people, great mechanics and great atmosphere. Prices were right, financing was simple, transitioning from one vehicle to another was easy. They helped with everything and continue to help with any service. wonderful experience. You should try it.

North Berwick Auto Center had the lowest price and best deal on a 2009 Jeep Patriot. It was the first one I found and it took a month looking for a better deal only to find myself right back to where I started. Never have had an easier and more hassle free car buying experience, even from a private sale. Josh and Jeremy were extremely knowledgeable about there vehicles and very helpful. Looking forward to staying a customer with them for a very long time.

This dealership has amazing inventory and everything is presented road ready. It is a great place to buy a car. I did and recommend highly.
