nothing but junkers
Nice facility but they have nothing but junk cars on the lot. I looked at a 2017 F150 with close to 150k miles on it. The sunroof didn’t open, the touchscreen was locked up, and the front brakes were almost down into the rotors. As a state inspection mechanic I told them that they shouldn’t be selling the truck in its current state. Still tried to negotiate and the sales guy didn’t want to acknowledge that anything was wrong with it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

To "FordFan"- a review like this is hard to understand. First, you chose to look at a higher-mileage truck, and somehow determined that our dealership offered "nothing but junk cars" (we actually offer a range of vehicles at vastly different price points- from nearly-new with factory warranty, to lower-cost but older models). Second, you did not even acknowledge what we offered you! The truck you looked at had a few minor items as typical of the price/mileage, but we offered you two options: Woodcrest could have repaired the requested items at listed price, or you could take a discounted price to reflect potential repair costs (none of which were safety issues). It seems like you got upset that you were unable to purchase the truck you liked for a several-thousand dollar discount, which is not realistic given the current market conditions. I hope you've been able to make a purchase that satisfies your needs.
customer service is awful
I called today and told the salesman I live 7 hours away and I wanted to see if they would walk outside and snap a couple pictures of the underside of a $30k truck I wanted to buy and he flat out refused to do it and told me to “trust his word” that there isn’t any rust. That’s an extremely lazy salesman if you ask me.

To Ryan- I'm hoping if you see this response, that you will consider changing your feedback. Seems like there was a misunderstanding, that we did everything to clear up. Our main sales guy was out, but the other guy that took your call passed your info along. As soon as he was back in, we sent over detailed photos as requested.
They Ignore Customer Requests for info
I can understand if I inquire about a vehicle that’s reserved for someone else. Tell the customer that, don’t just ignore them. Horrible Customer service practices.

I aplologize that you felt your requests were ignored. I don't know any details about this, but we do respond to all our emails and phone calls, even when it gets busy at our small dealership!
Worst car dealer ever
This place is by far my worst truck buying experience ever. I will never deal with these people again. I feel it is my duty to warn others to beware.

Great experience on a Duramax
We purchased a 2015 Duramax from Woodcrest Motors a week ago. The entire process was great! I had called the day before and asked as many questions as I could think of, because we were coming from nearly 4 hours and 235 miles away. When I got there they remembered my name and what I was looking for. I was given a quick tour of what they had and allowed to look through on my own without being pressured by anyone. I had been looking at 3 different trucks on the web site, but the one I purchased was none of the three. It was great to have a variety of trucks to look from. These are all used vehicles which means there can always be some issues, but I had no problems and the truck is great. Always look close at any used vehicle before you buy it regardless of where you find it. Both the salesman and the owner were down to earth and easy to deal with. If you are looking a heavy truck I would recommend checking them out. It was well worth the trip to get a rust free vehicle at a good price while dealing with friendly people.

Could have killed my Child! Faulty steering!
Could have killed my child with the truck we were sold. We purchased a truck from this dealer exactly 3 weeks ago. The warranty was for 30 days and explained everything it covers. We have had major problems with the truck after 3 weeks and contacted the dealer to claim the warranty. During the call the owner of Woodcrest motors told us that the warranty was never given and told us we were liable for everything. Pretty much we are out $1,500 from this dealer and also gave us a truck in a dangerous condition for our son. The Owner told us to xxxx off when we called for the warranty.

No record of a situation like this, warranty claims are handled by a warranty company, not our dealership, and we don't even offer a 30-day warranty (minimum 3-month terms).
Horrible
Viewed a car online and traveled to see it. Nothing as expected. Rusted underneath and when taking for a test drive had a major pull. When checking out the tires, CLEARLY an alignment issue. The mechanic actually said it was the road and not an alignment issue. The hitch was so rusted and clearly spray painted. Mechanic said it was a coating, not spray paint. This place is a joke. Will never return. And to top it off, They didnt have carfax

Lug Nuts on Backwards.. Really? They did it!
BUYER BEWARE! I drove my new purchase of a 2014 van 1500 miles to the break down point (right front bearing when out). After the tow truck dropped it off, the mechanic who replaced the right front bearing, asked "who was the last person to work on your van?" EVERY wheel had the lug nut on backward, meaning the beveled edge out. ( I have pictures and a signed account of the repair from the mechanic) The inspection date was about a month old, I couldn't believe that an inspection station would do anything that irresponsible and unprofessional. My first thought would be that somewhere between the Woodcrest Motors inspection station and the time I picked it up, the tires were removed and replaced by some one Not Credentialed or certified to even change tires would do that type of work. (Does the owner have an 8 year old son working in his shop?) The repairing mechanic said the failing bearing was improperly packed. (Inspection sticker showed the left front and right rear tires pulled for inspection) When I finally spoke with the Owner Gary he said he didn’t know who inspected it. The salesman said that Brubaker had been doing inspections for them since they had been in business. Also his last words were “Did it cause a problem?” I said no then he said “ What’s your problem then?” My problem is that someone else will buy a vehicle from you and your incompetent workmanship will hurt someone. If you didn’t get a vehicle from this company you are fortunate, my purchase could have caused a major accident by very poor workmanship.

Great shop!
Was looking for a used diesel truck and this place offered one at a price that was too good to be true. I did my homework and was comfortable making the purchase. My experience with the guys inside was nothing short of fantastic. They were very personable and had a few people in the lot but still made sure to come talk to us when we pulled up. They pretty much left us alone to look at the truck and take it for a test drive, which was nice, no pushy salesmen tactics. We did discover a problem with the A/C on the truck we bought and they offered to fix it but since we didn't live nearby we negotiated the price instead, which they were willing to do since they didn't know about the problem. Expectation management, if you are looking for a show truck, look somewhere else. This place specializes in "work trucks" and that definitely shows. Even the truck I bought has some very minor cosmetic flaws, but the engine and transmission are solid and should last me a very long time. The cosmetics aren't so bad and you really have to be looking for them to notice them. If you are like me and want a good solid, reliable, workhorse and you want to pay a very fair price for it, then you are in the right place and would be hard pressed to find a better place. I would recommend this place to anyone in the work truck market. Only had my truck less that 24 hours but I was so happy with the buying experience that warranted its own review!
