Flat Tire Nightmare!
It seems Redbank in Goose Creeks loves my tires as they seem to attract the screws, nails, spikes and any other items in the roadway. I call Stokes Kia service department and tell them I am on my way and fix it within an hour. Love the fast and efficient service. Excellent job! See you again, I am sure as I must travel Redbank to get to work.

Recall Visit
Brought my Kia Soul in for a factory recall. The service was great, as usual, and the work was done quickly. Stokes Kia service is so much better than Kia Country - it is worth the extra few minutes of driving.

MORE THAN I EXPECTED
I WENT IN TO GET MY OIL CHANGED IN MY 07 SPORTAGE BECAUSE MY REGULAR SERVICE PLACE WOULD NOT DO IT BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I WAS IN A MONTH EARLIER TO TRY AND GET A NEWER CAR BUT WAS TURNED DOWN IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. MS. EVON MADE ME FEEL AT HOME EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER OF MY PRIOR TURN DOWN AND THAT I DIDNT HAVE ANY MONEY FOR A DOWN PAYMENT. SHE WORKED VERY HARD AND NOT ONLY DID I GET A NEWER CAR BUT I GOT A BRAND NEW ONE...6 MILES ON THE ODOMETER WHEN I ROLLED OF THE LOT WITH MY 2013 OPTIMA.
