Great Customer Service

Customer service is excellent. There was no long period of waiting to get assistance and all questions were answered timely.

Won't Be Back

About 20 minutes after leaving because we couldn't agree on a price for our trade-in, the sales person called and asked us to come back. We went back, with our own financing, and it was obvious that nothing would get accomplished. They were too pushy and trying to force us to try for Nissan's 0% financing, even though that meant paying almost $2,000 more for the vehicle. When I voiced my frustrations on their dishonest price advertising as well as lack of knowledge about the Nissan One-to-One rewards program and the Nissan VPP program for active duty military, the sales man responded, "I used to work in the oil field making sure all these cars had gas and oil, do I deserve a discount, too? I think every body should be treated equally." I wasn't asking for special treatment, it is a program that Nissan offers and your dealership should know about. And so much for equal treatment of everyone, because that was extremely disrespectful.

Dealer response

We have reached out to this customer and offered our most sincere apology. We were able to come to an understanding on our price vs the VPP program price. However, we accept full responsibility for our salesmen not properly explaining our discounted price while the customer was at the dealership, and more importantly apologize for the rude, unnecessary comment made by our salesperson.

Jay Schabarker, is there to help his customers, and wants to make sure he meets there needs. I would definitely go back to Taylor's Auto Max.

Excellent customer service!!

This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Taylor's as of recently. Ron Cooper is very informative and helpful and really takes in to count what we are looking for. Thank you Ron for your help in purchasing our 2008 Ford Edge. We appreciate all your help and for going the extra mile.

Just purchased a 2015 Silverado 3500HD

I just purchased the new pickup with the help of Sean Kellogg. Sean was very cooperative in obtaining the deal that I proposed and I thank him for that. His attitude was "all the boss can say is no". Some salesman that I have dealt with in the past is "the boss wont go for that" and wouldn't even approach the boss with my offer. I thank Sean for that positive attitude. He also made sure that there were floor mats in the truck and having a chip fixed in the front wind shield. I would recommend Sean and Taylor's to my friends.

Made It Happen!

Jay Schaebarker is a dealer that i have been dealing with for a few years now and he always makes it happen, no matter what our situation is. He will go to his far end to help you get into the car you want. I will continue dealing with only him at Taylors AutoMax!

Mr.Anderson was more than helpful..

I still can't believe I bought a car over the internet. Mr.Anderson was awesome. He had the extra service work I requested, and all the paper work ready when I arrived. My new (used) car is everything he promised. Thank you Mr.Anderson.

Good experience

Former employee of Taylor's recommended we see Ron when looking for a vehicle. Couldn't be happier with that recommendation. We felt he was very straightforward and honest, wanted us to get the right vehicle for us, just not any vehicle.

Jay Schabarker was kind and very understanding .

Everyone seems so understanding and kind. Jay was very helpful and took the time to go over every detail of the car. He even offered to come to my house and help me program the garage door opener!
