I have lived in Hawaii for 30 years, and had 14 cars...

I have lived in Hawaii for 30 years, and had 14 cars during this time. Some purchases were easy, some were not that easy, but I never had a nightmare experience I had with this dealership. It took a month to get the spare key and owner manual (that wasn't even for the car I bought!); three months (and five trips to the dealership!) to get the license plate, registration, and title. The latter two had a wrong address on them, and it took three tries for them to finally get them right. The sales representative I worked with behaved like she was doing me a favor by selling me a car. I eventually got tired of her excuses and ineffectiveness, so I contacted the General Manager of the dealership. He never responded any of my three e-mails. (He did not respond to the text my wife sent him either, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.) This is my third BMW, but it's safe to say I will never buy another car from BMW of Hawaii, and I will advise everybody I know not to do it either.

Run Far Away!

The best dealer experience possible.

I have purchased used cars from this dealer twice. They are now my go to dealer. Nothing but good from everyone here. I do tons of research and have been to dealerships often while shopping. This is truly the only no B.S. dealership in all my years of car shopping. Highly recommended!

Better than other dealers

Recently purchased and process was swift and handled well. Felt compelled to “try” other brands over the past several years. Some good and some bad but it’s the total process of car ownership that drew us back to BMW. BMW prett much outmatches most brands as far as driving dynamics. Most importantly the care and gratitude of service has helped us return to the brand. The team has done a great job to make it an easy decision to purchase again.
