Will sell you a lemon with a smile on their face. Bought a 16 MKS with 39,000 miles. Drive it home 300 miles Torque Converter failed. Cost me $3,600 had the car 24 hours. Now they won’t respond to me at all. Crooks! Also lied about condition of paint, brakes, electrical. Just overall the worst experience of my life never ever give them a dollar

They are a bunch of crooks do not buy a car from them trust me!!!!!! They don't provide accurate mileage on vehicles and don't show the car fax

My family has purchased vehicles from Ricks for over 20 years. Even though I moved a few hours away, I still make the drive to buy a vehicle from this family owned dealership. A few weeks ago I purchased a vehicle for my 3rd grandchild. I called and talked to Rick and told him I needed a vehicle for my grandaughter. He gave me several to choose from. Everything went without a hitch. I have recommended Ricks Auto Sales for years and will continue to do so.

I stopped in to test drive a vehicle on their lot. The salesman told me the vehicle I was interested in had a salvage title and they were not selling it. I communicated that I still might’ve interested but he refused. A day later, the dealer lowered the price of the vehicle and it is still for sale.

I have been buying cars from Rick for over 30 years, bought over 20 for myself and family. everyone I recommended to go there has been happy, laid back no pressure very knowledgeable . All of my family buys their cars there

I sent an email requesting information on a vehicle they had advertised on cars.com, and never received a response. A week later, I sent a similar request, but it still took 3 days to get a response. By that time I had made contact with another dealer and purchased from them.

I went into Rick's with relatively low expectations given that my experience with independent dealers in the past has been less than great. The guys here were really relaxed, answered my questions and avoided anything that felt "used car salesman-y". Prices were the best I found in a wide radius and they were very willing to haggle a bit on price. The physical building wasn't much to look at, but in the end, I'm much more interested in a good deal than in paying for someone else's expensive overhead. The car came with a 30 day, 1000 mile warranty from the dealership as well - it was nice that they actually stick behind the cars they sell. In the end, the experience was good enough that I will be looking here again the next time I'm looking for a new (to me) vehicle.

They were quick with responding and polite about meeting my needs, I did not ultimately buy a car with them but only because I found one closer to where I live.
