I’d give zero stars if possible. They sold me a lemon and have AWFUL customer service!!! Stay away from these people. Look anywhere else besides this place.

Burning mad
The information on the car I purchased was a lie.they said it had been inspected and was in very good mechanical shape.when I got it it had oil, transmission, carburetor, power steering,crossmeber leaks and problems.then the interior was pretty much shot.they are the worst. Should be laws against dealers being allowed to do that to people.

I bought a 2013 Kia Optima from Chris' on September 8 2021. It had high miles of 150000 miles, but looked to be in pretty good shape. The price was $7500.00 and seemed to be a good deal. The car had a few issues but Chris said lets see what we can do to get you in this car. I thought, COOL... Seems to be a legit guy. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The body was in good shape with the normal dings and scratches you would expect for a 8 year old car. The interior was in great shape. Great sound system and really gave a feel that said buy me! There where more than a few problems with the car. Chris said and put in writing that he would fix all the issues. These issues were the tires were no good, the A/c blew warm at best. The whole steering wheel control panel did not work at all. No horn, radio or blue tooth control at all. Nothing worked. The sunroof did not work as well as the back up camera... All not working. Chris the owner said no problem, I will fix all those problems. Sounds great so far!! Right? I told him to put it in writing and we would have a deal. He did, so I moved forward with purchasing the car. Well apparently the promises he put in writing did not mean crap! He knows that, that is why he has no problem putting repair promises in writing. I had my lawyer look at it, and he said it would not hold up in court. Used car dealers use that gig all the time and get away with it. So me not knowing what I was getting into continued with the purchase of the KIA. I wanted to by it cash so as not to have a car payment. To do this I had to sell my Nissan Rouge and use some of the money to buy the car from Chris. He knew this as I told him I had to sell my Nissan to have the cash to buy it out rite.We agreed on a date to pick up my FIXED car and I went and sold my Nissan to finish the deal. The day I sold my car, I went to Chris" to finish off my purchase. Well nothing was fixed and he said he needed a few days to complete all the (PROMISED) repairs. He gave me a loaner and said it will be a few days and he would be in touch. Well a week went bye and I had not heard from him, so I called him. He did fix the steering wheel problem and said he fixed the A/C. It still blew warm air. I bought a can of A/C charger and repaired it myself. When I was charging the system, It was apparent that he did not even attempt to fix it. After I charged it it worked fine. The tires,Sun roof and back up camera were not fixed. I asked him why not. He said he is not going to fix the rest because he was not making anything on the deal. So I was stuck. All ready sold my car and now I was screwed. I finished up buying it. I even asked if he would finance 1000 so I can fix the sun roof. He said no. The deal is done and the car is yours. I just traded it in at Carmax for a REAL used car with safety checks, warranties and a great running and looking car. I got 4600$ as a trade in. I paid 8000 2 months ago and got ripped off. Oh well, my bad... Never again Chris. You screwed me, and you know it. Karma is real and I cant wait to read in the paper that you are thrown in jail for being a thief, con artist. You will get yours some day! My advice to anyone thinking about going there to by a car.... RUN... You will not be taking care of from a honest person, you will get screwed by a con man....... <<less

I recently bought a car there I didn't even have it a week and the check engine light started flashing it took forever for me to pick up my car when I bought it I kept getting the runaround after Ed give in them $2,500 then when it came time to fixing the issue with the check engine light I didn't get a response so I drove down there and made them check it out they told me to drop it off it would take a day to fix and I'd be all set I scheduled three days in advance for my day to drop it off drop it off first day went by no contact from them so I text on the second day finally I got a call they didn't know what was wrong with it but they were working on it they would call me back and let me know what the problem was that night I never received a call back so I contacted them again the third day and told them I could not be without a car I am 9 months pregnant and this was only supposed to take a day if the car was not ready by noon I was picking it up anyways when I went to pick up my car there was empty food containers rotten food somebody's laundry other people's car parts in my car and a whole bunch of flies from the rotten food I now have to bring it to another shop and pay for it out of pocket to the fixed

BAD dealership
Horrible dealership sold me a truck with salvage title. Owner is an xxxxxxx didn’t even care. Had everything wrong with the truck as well. I recommend everyone stay away.

I just bought a car from them last week and I had a great experience. From the moment I hit the send message button on Facebook they were amazing and helpful. Paul really worked hard to get me in the car I wanted and he was ever so patient with me when I had changed my mind like 3 times lol I can only imagine what a pain in the butt I was but he never expressed that once to me or made me feel like I was being extra. Casey was also super helpful and did a great job explaining and showing me how certain features worked in the car. The experience with Chris Auto hasn’t been a long one it’s only been two weeks since I first sent that message and tomorrow will be 1 week with the car but for the two weeks I have been working with them I would highly recommend them. I hope to be a long term customer :-) thanks for everything!!

I had a great buying experience overall. The facility was just as it was described, energetic, fun and comfortable. They were more than willing to help me with any questions I had concerning previous owners, warranty details, buyout options, etc. I did have to wait for the vehicle to be serviced but was promptly informed when it was ready. On the pickup day I was greeted with a freshly washed and detailed vehicle and was amazed at the time taken to detail every inch of the car. I will enjoy my new ride and I hope other customers have the same experience.

Poor customer service
These guys are not attentive to customers. They don’t return calls and they let days go by before they even work on your loan. the way the do business is horrible. Once your finally processed they put you in the car right away without fixing the issues the car has and then make you wait weeks to do the repair (even if you make an appointment). If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Terrible service
I called regarding a vehicle that they had available, & wanted to know the CARFAX/ AutoCheck On it. Never heard anything back from the salesperson. I went in person to view the car, it was dirty , the car had trouble starting. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save yourself the trouble.
