My son and I were out just to look around and get ideas for a vehicle for him to be able to fit his hockey equipment in for the fall. We never intended to purchase a vehicle so quickly. Our salesman, Brad, came right out when we arrived and let me know he was available to answer any questions we had. We found a used Jeep Compass and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Brad was able to meet our needs for a trade in value. Brad also got us a great interest rate. There was no pressure to buy, no meeting with some sales manager trying to sell rust proofing etc. I would recommend doing business with Genesee Valley.

I bought a Jeep Cherokee Sport. The sales person was friendly, explained the terms and got me a good interest rate. They gave a good trade in value. I have not had any service done to date. The operations of equipment was explained and the Bluetooth was set up for me. I have two follow up calls from them since I purchased the vehicle. I also received all of the rebates and incentives at the time.

My first positive vehicle purchasing experience. No pressure to buy, no meeting with some sales manager trying to sell paint treatment, undercoating, window etching, etc. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely return for service and future vehicle purchases. My wife appreciated the exceptionally clean rest rooms.

We have bought or leased our last few vehicles from Genesee Valley. Our salesperson Betty is the best. She listens to what we want and bends over backwards to get us in the vehicle we want. We have recommended her and this dealership to many of our family and friends.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car dealer. I found the car I wanted and called them to test drive it. My husband and I literally bought this car in 5 minutes! It was a hassle free experience. Negotiating a price was painless and we got a great deal. We had 2 sales people helping us, Karry and Brad were awesome. They answered all of our questions and took great care of us. I have to mention their internet sales guy Tony. He was the reason we chose this dealership. He helped us look for a car a while back and he goes way beyond what you expect from a sales person. I could email him after hours and get a response back within 15 minutes! Even on his days off. That's dedication. Other dealershIps should take note to how they are running things here. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a great car buying experience.

Before I went to Genesee Valley, I had stopped at Cortese Auto Block and had the worst experience ever! First I had to run around to find a salesmen to answer some questions I had about a used car on their lot. When I finally found the salesmen he was rude and acted as if I was wasting his time. The salesmen kept telling me I should instead buy a new car that was way more then I was looking for. When I insisted that I liked the used one I had first seen, he became even more rude (I didn't even know that was possible). I started to negotiate with him and when he stormed off to talk to his sales manger I was left waiting for over 20 minutes!! At this point I was tired and aggravated and just left the dealership. I then went over to Genesee Valley and had a completely different experience. The salesmen Brad came right out when I arrived and let me know he was available to answer any questions I may have. This already was a better experience than at Cortese, but then Brad went above and beyond to make sure this process would be stress free. Working with Brad I was able to find the car I was looking for, at a better price then I even expected. Brad also never had to leave me for long periods of time, I worked with him from the beginning to end, no finance manger needed! Brad was very knowledgeable about the cars and how to get me the best rate to keep my monthly payments low! I will never go to another dealership now, shopping around is not worth it, Genesee Valley will have the best price anyway!

I went into Genesee Valley looking for a used car, I was promptly greeted by the salesmen Brad Bargerstock. Brad was very helpful in the car searching process and did not "force" me to make an instant decision. He was able to work with me and even made it possible for me to get into a new car at the same monthly payments. Everyone at Genesee Valley was extremely nice and helpful. Brad made the dread of the car buying experience into something that was enjoyable. Because of there non commission salesmen, I felt Brad was actually helping me find what I wanted, instead of trying to sell me the most expensive car. I would recommend Brad to anyone who is looking for a friendly, funny salesmen!
