The finance Guy, Nick, refused to explain anything to me about the financing of the car but Gilbert took all his time explaining it to me and putting my mind at ease. Gilbert made sure to get me exactly what I wanted. I truly believe if not for Gilbert I would have gone to a different dealership. So for him alone, I’m giving Star Toyota of Bayside an excellent rating.

DO NOT COME HERE… it’s no wonder that they have negative reviews on their testimonial page. I had my car serviced since I bought it and have never used another dealer. The dealership decided that they won’t accept different forms of payments anymore but explained that even though it says they do on paper.. they will not help me and.that they can’t provide me with any other options. To please call and find another dealer on my own: They are not helpful or knowledgeable at all and do not care about the customers safety and well being only about payment. They had the nerve to tell me to call them again when I have better payment options.

Ask for Mr. Zahed Wali, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service

Dearer Sean texted me yesterday he has a new camry for me. I came 9am. He said the car was sold out at 10am when I came 9am there. He showed me another higher price car. I said "No". I ordered on 7.12.2024. He didn't communicate with me properly in the mean time before showing the estimate date. He is very unprofessional and untrusty. I don't know what happened to him. Very unsatisfactory this time. He wasn't like the before.
