2013 gmc k1500 Denali

We have fallen in love with the truck although within 2 weeks and 500 miles the transmission failed had to have it replaced under extended warranty and it's still having issues.

Purhcasing Jeep over the interet

The buying process was fairly straight forward and the salesman was easy to work with. Had some issues with the financing as he didn't give me the best interest rate right off the bat until I went to my own bank and then all of a sudden he could match that. After receiving the Jeep in South Dakota the check engine light came on immediately, I emailed the salesman on this and never heard a word. I understand it was a used vehicle and didn't purchase the extended warranty but it wasn't 10 minutes from the time it come off the delivery trailer that the light came on. This was disappointing as he had told me when I was buying it that he was my eyes on looking the Jeep over.

over all great experience

I purchased a preowned 2014 Ram 1500. We had negotiated for several weeks by phone and finally came to agreement on price and terms. When I drove down to Kellogge the truck was in better condition than I expected. Their service dept had done a fantastic job of servicing this truck. It had 82,000 miles on it, but it looked like new. The purchase went with out any hickups, they didn't try to change the price or numbers. Very impressed. It was a quick and painless event. I actually enjoyed it. That's the way it should be, isn't it?!

Dave smith frontier sales and service

My salesman did everything in his power to accurately describe this vehicle to me. This was an internet sale and I had it shipped to me. I never saw the pickup in person until it arrived at my front door. The air cond. condenser was leaking ,so it does not have a working air cond. Repairs are $700. I purchased it in the winter so it was probably hard to tell if working or not. Good sale other than that.
