Excellent Service Again!
Not my first time to use your service department. This visit like all others the service was outstanding. Chad and Corey are both very easy to talk with, understand my issues and have always provided the level of service I expect. I appreciate their level of professionalism. Kraig was super friendly and helpful. He is the reason I will return. It was hard not to notice, however, the lady who runs the detail shop. She was rude and condescending to everyone she spoke to. It upset me to sit there and listen to her. Good thing you have Kraig to compensate.

equinox buying
I especially the lack of "hard sell" approach. Shawn Evans answered most of my questions competently without trying to push me into anything. But I still would like to know how many gallonS the tank holds.

Great servuce
Had my traverse being fixed by the service department. They were wonderful in contacting me about the problems and giving me solutions that didn't break the pocket book. Very thorough on explaining all of my options.

Same day repair service
I was having a routine lubrication service when it was found my front tires were wearing abnormally. A call to the service desk resulted in getting the alignment problem corrected that day. Much appreciated since I was returning to springfield.

Wonderful body repair
Everyone we have dealt with at Baum Chevrolet Buick has been knowledgeable and very professional. We had some body repairs done and the employee was able to get the repairs done in a manner that would not hurt the integrity of the body. He convinced the insurance adjuster that there was a better way to repair the damage and it cost less.
