Oil Change and check strange noise

Brain my service advisor was great as always. I don’t have to worry about the repairs because he seems to know what to do before I tell him what’s the problem.

Mr Erik was my service advisor.

The service was excellent and my service advisor was very helpful and kind. A lyft was provided to transport me home and back to the dealership. My experience was very delightful.

Service was quick and well done considering that I

I had to have 4 things done to my car. Service was quick considering all that I needed to have done. And my service consultant Brian was very kind and curdious.

05 Altima Nissan

Na, was not pleased , I paid $3950. And I feel my work should Have Been very pleased , but am not happy at all., I feel the work was to much for what I paid for and I feel like the customer is always right

Diagnosis test

Prices are way to high for service and the techs are not experienced enough to do the work they were telling me stuff that was not wrong on my vehicle and can not afford to do the work will never buy another Nissan again

We're sorry you feel this way, please understand all of our technicians are Nissan Certified and we have 5 Nissan certified Master Technicians more than double our competition. As you know when a vehicle reaches over 100,000 miles, is out of warranty and a major component has to be replaced it can get very expensive. Great service, always!

They are always friendly and the amenities make waiting easier. The techs always give you a detailed report on your car and they recommend services that will extend the life of your vehicle. The waits are a little long, but with free WiFi, I manage.
