Successful Service

The 1997 Lincoln Mark 8 kept having a Low Tire Pressure for the 235-40 R*18 & the Valve stem in the Rim Problems were resolved quickly & successfully.

Great Buying Experience

From the time you enter the doors, the staff are very eager to assist. Our salesman Mike Floyd is a very awesome person. He treated us very nice and went above and beyond to make our truck buying experience great.

Good service experience

I have a 2011 S/D that the exaust sensor failed leaving me stranded. They took care of getting me a loaner that had the ability tow. They were able to get me a loaner with towing capabilities. Returned my truck repaired in 2 working days.

Awesome Sales Staff

Tommy Monks was able to listen to what my needs were and deliver. I work near Tomball and he was able to work with me via the phone and email so I didn't have to drive back and forth multiple times. McRee was the only dealership that didn't push Ford credit on me when I stated I had my financing arranged and Tommy actively searched for other rebate offers to replace the one for financing through Ford. Like I said, Tommy Monks made the buying experience easy and hassle free and showed at every turn that he was working to gain my business by going the extra mile.

Best Ford dealer south of Houston

Friendly staff, very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. "Loaners for owners" program a big plus. Great car dealer to do business if you are between Houston and Galveston.

In and out fast!

Got in and got out quickly when I dropped off my Escape and when I picked it up. I definitely love getting a loaner vehicle, gives me a chance to check out different Ford vehicles!

Great service - knowledgable Service Agents

Service Agent recommended that I get a fuel filter replaced due to the mileage on my SUV, which I totally forgot about. I appreciated the recommendation and had the new filter installed.

Great Service, clean facilities, good name Fast L.

Service managers were honest about being unable to handle more work and asked me to return another day for state inspection and directed me to Fast Lane for oil change.

Friendly employees, descent service

I like the loaners for owners experience and a no hassle rental car for when my truck was in the shop. I also appreciated the constant updates on the progress and situation with my truck.

Overall good service

Professional, polite and personable. Tony greeted me at the door and made the experience much more comfortable by putting me at ease right at the start. The young lady that cashed me out was very nice and professional all at the same time...a reflection of the the rest if the team behind the scenes. Thank you
