The salesperson who assisted us only introduced himself to the male in our family even though he asked and was told the car was for our adult daughter who was present. He told us that we were not informed about the sale of a car of interest because “It is like the Wild West.” Such a poor customer service experience.

I am very pleased with my 2004 Ranger purchase. Andrew Berry was very helpful in finding a vehicle in my price range and the kind of vehicle I was looking for. A no BS guy but patient in dealing with a customer who really isn't sure. I love the truck.

After being referred to Randy McDaniel by another salesman at a different dealership I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised and delighted to work with him. When he did not have the vehicle I was interested on the lot he located the vehicle at another dealership and made arrangements to get the vehicle to complete my purchase.
