My name is Brady Baker from Pocatello Idaho. I was working in the area when my Ford F-150 broke down. I had it towed to Louden Motor Ford. Upon arrival the service department was professional and courteous. I had been toying with buying a new truck for a couple years so I told them if they could make it worth my while I would buy a new truck that day. I was taken to Paul Paumier on the sales floor who treated me very well, he sat down with me and we discussed what I was looking for in a new truck. I told him I wanted a 1 ton fully loaded, he asked what color, my response was, I don't care, color doesn't mean much to me. Paul went out to the lot and pulled up in my black beauty......at that point color did matter because she was absolutely beautiful! We took it for a test drive and that's all it took, I was sold and in turn Paul had a real easy time selling it to me. I am very happy with my truck, though if I had any complaint, they didn't have a one ton with all the options I wanted so I had to settle with a three quarter ton. I appreciate my experience with Louden and would do business with them again if I'm in that part of the country. Just a side note, they also repaired my F-150 and did a great job on it.
