Took my Jeep by to get them to look at the windshield

Took my Jeep by to get them to look at the windshield which is under warranty and told me I would have to leave it for 24 to 48 hours for them to evaluate the windshield which is under warranty. They knew nothing about the windshield being under warranty and did none of the windshield repair in house. It was all sent out to another business. When I asked why it would take one to two days for them just to look at the windshield her response was that’s the way we do it. I therefore called their competitor and all I have to do is drop by let them see it. They get pictures and send it off to warranty. Will never go back to All-Star ever again.

DeAun Blair ….

DeAun Blair …. Hmmm what can I say??? But she is not HELPFUL at !!! I have a 2023 Dodge Durango which I bought brand new in March of 2023 it is exactly 1years old anyway I had to have it towed for the second time to your dealership as who ever fixed it the first time didn’t do a thorough job of checking things and making sure all was good so I had to have it towed for a second time February 16th as it had to have the fan and thermostat changed, a hose to the radiator came off last year and overheated the engine which all that was replaced…. DeAun Blair kept asking me what type of coverage I had on the vehicle… it’s still a new truck does not even have 20000 miles on it yet you’d think that being as I had been in there several times with the vehicle that she would look it up right?? So anyway on March 7 2024 I pick up my vehicle as she said it was ready well I was told that I owed 663.67 for parts and labor !! How in the xxxx do I owe that? When the vehicle is still under warranty and had it been fixed right the first time I would not have been back ! Oh and that’s not all where the fluid comes out for your windshield washer fluid on the pad was not working and for the second time I had them fix well the lining under the hood was all torn up I was also told by DeAun that it was fixed wrong!!! Lining is still the same … I want to know how the xxxx she is still there with no knowledge as to what she is doing . My experience has been for xxxx!! I am not happy at all !!!!! I would love to know who her supervisor is or I should hope he or she reads this .

Incompetent service department

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! Took my Ram 3500 in for warranty repairs to my transmission. They failed to put it back together properly and it came apart and did major damage on my ride back home to Atlanta, GA. The GM and service manager didn’t want to acknowledge me and it took several weeks to get any answers. They then denied the severity of the damages that were found by another Ram dealership. 3 months later. I still have no vehicle and they don’t seem to care. The GM still hasn’t responded to my calls. FCA is giving me the runaround and I will have to sue privately.

Good experience with very nice, competent people.

On-line and initial phone information about inventory was not accurate, but once at the dealership, the people were great! They did have the vehicle on-site that was advertised on-line, and I bought it with the advertised discounts with no issues or surprises. Ron Wilson was great! Knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and desires. Another salesman helped with some software applications to get the sale done. Even the finance manager was polite and friendly without being too pushy when selling the additional protections. We had to wait about an hour longer in the process because only 1 financial professional was there on a Saturday, but it was still a comfortable car-buying experience.

Worst experience ever ! Avoid this dealership

We went in to look at a dodge Durango rt . We couldn’t come up with a note we were comfortable with so we left. Next morning they blew my phone up saying they got my note below what I wanted to pay. Ok wonderful you have a deal I said. Getting dressed and heading your way . Hey a call a few minutes later that someone else was on the way and were buying the vehicle. What a crock you blow my phone up with calls and text messages waking everyone up including my two babies and once we said we heading that way to purchase y’all call me back and say don’t come we have someone else on the way. That is bad business when we were already coming.
