My wife and I went in late (6pm, closes at 7pm) to look at cars. Hank met us in the parking lot and was very friendly. We had our eye on a Nissan Pathfinder and had a great test drive. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. Due to the late hour we were not able to finish the paper work and finalize everything, but the dealership was gracious enough to allow us to take the pathfinder home overnight and finish the loan application and necessary paperwork in the morning. Hank even came in earlier than he was supposed to in order to expedite our purchase. Justin and Doug were also very friendly and speedy in completing the paperwork and getting us out the door in our new car! We had a great experience!

I bought a xc40 today. I was in contact with three dealerships and Jeff was the most consistent, respectful and professional of the three samples reps. I am a woman and he didn’t treat me any differently. Jeff and Justin/ with finance focused on what I wanted and got what I wanted before two larger dealerships. There was no bait and switch with my trade and there were no hidden changes. A friend told me that they would take too care of me and they did.
