I recently had an AC issue on my 2025 Coachman Brookstone 5th wheel RV. While it was still under warranty I chose not to take it back to the dealer because of the distance from where it was purchased. I chose instead to have Browns Mobile service handle the repairs. They timely sent a repair man even though I hadn't purchased it from them. Kim Moser handled all the details with the warranty supplier which saved me the headache. She was very accommodating and helpful in getting prompt service. I appreciate the effort and commend Browns on having such good representatives to work with. Thank you Elmer Heacock
