FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I made an appointment and

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I made an appointment and confirmed it 3 times, then drove my baby out two hours to see a veichle that wasn't even there. They then told me it was in the bodyshop even though they said there was no accident or damage on the phone. I asked to see the car fax and they said they were waiting to get the car fax from the bodyshop to see if they were going to mark the damage or not.. I told them to send me pictures when it came back. It took a week and they asked for 16,888. It was listed for 11,038. I sent a screenshot of the advertisement and they said "that's not our website." We went over the price in the phone and in person, now he's lying and saying that he told me the price was incorrect in person when he didn't. The only thing he said about the price in person that it was low because it was a trade in. He said he could "discount" the veichle to 14,000 for the inconvenience, which is still much more than what was advertised. I reported them the BBB and the FTC already but I urge consumers not to go here.

Shady

I found out they sold me a car with 3 bad tires worn to the point that all 3 need replacement less than a month after purchase. They are at 2/32. When I asked they said it's not covered! They are so shady. I have tried contacting supervisors but no luck. After Mr. Lehman responded I tried calling the Gilbert location. I was told they would have a management contact me that day. As of yet, I have not heard back.

Marina is the best

So you know you have a car dealer Angel among you Marina is the best ever I had to purchase a car quickly and she did her thing she is so good we got another car my husband traded his car in for a new car. You’re the best Marina when I need another car we will head straight for Casa Grande. Marina thank you for all you’ve done for me and my family !!! Bless you

Antonio Simon is amazing.

This dealership sucks

My experience was xxxx they are rude and they gave me and my husband a piece of crap car and won’t do anything about it. The manager is rude and he gave us a vehicle that was in an accident and never told us about it until we went to trade our car in for something better.

Great service at Premier Auto Center

John Bailey, from Premier Auto Center was the car salesperson that was there to greet us as we approach the car dealership. Helped us find what we were looking for,no pressure what so ever. Everyone was very friendly and the service was fast and no hassles. We will be sending everyone we know that is looking for a vehicle to PREMIER AUTO CENTER. Thank you evryone !!!!

Plesent experience.

Well let's start by saying this was the BEST SERVICE we had ever gotten at the Casa Grande lot. We pulled up & one of the salesman approached us. His name was Ervin. He was a very nice polite person. He was funny & made the process a lot less stressful. He actually made me feel better about dealing with car salesman. People say that the salesmen just suck up to U to make u buy a car, well my husband & I felt like Ervin genuinely cared about us & what WE WANTED. He didn't push us . We r very happy with Ricardo as well. Two very nice guys to work with. It wasn't an ALL DAY PROCESS. We purchased an 07 Toyota. It was actually a great deal for what we were looking for. Don't know about everyone else but my husband & i were definitely satisfied with Ervin & the others at Premere Auto in Casa Grande, AZ.

Great Service at CG Priemier Auto

David Ramirez, gave impeccable service to me when I was shopping for a car! He helped me get into a car that I really liked. Service was fast and they were very friendly while visiting the Casa Grande car dealership. Excellent service and I will be a returning customer.
