We bought our 2010 Ford Explorer from Log Cabin in December 2021. We started having problems right away. Our key wouldn’t come out of the ignition and our air conditioning stopped working. We called and they begrudgingly fixed it. No charge. Forward to February, our transmission is going out. I called them for help. I wasn’t asking for them to fix it for free. The owner got belligerent with me. I finally had to hang up. I had to take the car somewhere else.

Have bought several cars here. Great business and great staff!!! Honest and reliable dealership. Customers are treated like family. I would happily refer anyone to Log Cabin Auto.

Bought a car from them as long as you owe them they answer your calls. Once it’s paid off they act like your dead to them. I tried several time to get work done on my other car and they gave me the run around on scheduling and then blew me off like they didn’t want to work on my car. Also went on website to by another car from them and haven’t heard back from them that was 3 weeks ago. I do not recommend them at all.

We bought a olds. Bravada 2002 it has been one of the best car and deals we have made we still have it got it 2015 no repairs but one rack and pinion seaL begain to leak I would for sure recommend dealer to anyone looking for a good used vehicle

this car is the best..... bought a 2014 ford focus... best price and they work with a budget. Helped us with a loan and got us in a car right away. Also understood our reason to why we needed a car asap.. Thank you guys so very much....

Thanks to the entire staff at Log Cabin Auto has been so helpful in allowing me to "be in the drivers seat". I didn't feel pressure to buy nor that usual "salesman talk" when I purchased my Ford F150 (Black Beauty) from them. They understood my budget and were very accommodating in helping me find the right car for me & my pocket :) The loan process was quick and easy (I was worried, I wouldn't get approved, but Marc made sure to do everything to get me approved and off with my awesome black beauty.)
