This place has on their front page, THE EASIEST TRUCK YOU'LL EVER BUY….. let me tell you I have not any good luck on my truck… gave me nothing but problems.. maybe only had put on 2k miles and then the trouble came… I traded in my new ford ranger that I paid 37k for and to get a 2019 ram 1500. And now all asked was for them to buy the ram back for a reasonable price which is 24k…which they won’t was told to go to carmax for a better offer then what they had to give me. I understand how the trade stuff works. I traded in a vehicle that was worth more than the ram for 1. Second off the ram they sold me was listed for 28,999.00 then third all I asked for was 24k to make it right.. I’m not saying either of us has to take a loss in this. I was just being fair… but obviously that’s not how these people work . They wana sell you vehicle, that they have no acknowledge on, and be done with you . They could care 2 xxxxs if you work hard to pay a vehicle off or not… I do not recommend this car lot Perkins , when I traded my vehicle in they did not test drive it either to see if anything was wrong, which it was in perfect condition!! I do not recommend Andre as a sells man either he is at the Franklin Tennessee location

Awesome experience with Perkins Motor Plex! Grant, Silas, and their team went above and beyond and even stayed after hours to get the vehicle we wanted on their lot for us to buy. We had looked at several Expedition Max at a couple of different dealerships but ended up driving over two hours because of the selection and price of their vehicles. Can’t say enough about this place and the people. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!

Gave 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero. Call saturday at 10 to purchase a truck. waited two hours for them to work up a paper showing total cost. Called my finance company got my loan called them back. They took card info to put down deposite. Then text back that they had someone test driving truck. waited another two hours and then text back they sold truck. This was after we got our loan and already gave card info to pay deposit. showed that people on the phone don't really matter to this company. All we got was a I'm sorry and this is the part that he didn't like about his job. I didn't really understand the issue. we had been working on purchasing the vehicle all morning and then someone rolled in and purchased it out from under us. I told my wife they probably had it priced higher and took the money instead of the loyalty.

Adam was absolutely wonderful to work with and found me the car I needed the same day. I will definately be back for my next purchase!

This was the easiest most convenient purchase. Grant made the process easy and never made me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me get the perfect car for my daughter and surprise her with it!!!

Efficient and helpful staff. When I had questions or needed assistance they were helpful. Delivery was timely and efficient as well. Damoree was great to work with!

Excellent experience. Salesman Scott wasn't pushy, yet very prompt in responding to my text and went above and beyond to ease concerns I had with the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He exhausted all resources in achieving a payment I was comfortable with. I recommend Perkins motorplex and I highly recommend asking for Scott.
