What a great experience. My daughter was looking for a jeep wrangler. They found just what she was looking for. They were so nice and professional. The jeep was perfect and just what she was looking for. I would definitely buy our next vehicle there and recommend anyone else to use them!

I live in Illinois and was searching for a jeep wrangler. I looked all over and found a jeep at the Used Car Factory. Contacted the dealership and talked to Joe and set up a time to look at it. Everything was there as Joe said and ready for me. Joe was very helpful and let me take my time and didn't give any pressure at all. I ended up leaving that day, contacted the dealership again and talked to Jay, Joe's brother. I set up a time to come and take the car to an outside mechanic for a 3rd party review. Jay was totally agreeable and was easy to work with as well. I feel I was treated very fairly and Joe, Jay and Dean (Dean is another member of the team) all were very open an honest. Buying a used car means there will be some issues with the car, after all it is used, but I feel very confident in recommending the Used Car Factory. Joe, Jay and Dean all work as a team and are all straight shooters. Bottom line is they seem to work by the golden rule, Do unto others as you would have them do to you. They will treat you fairly.

Found a vehicle through them online, pictures were flawless! Vehicle looked really nice and clean, no rust in the pictures at all. So thought it'd be worth the 3 hour drive to check it out. Got there, RUST galore! Rusted through the bottom of the doors and wheel wells. Clearly could tell that the pictures of this vehicle were from when the owner bought it from them before. Not up to date photos.

I was looking for something good but reasonable and found it at the Used Car Factory. I found a great newer model Jeep at a very reasonable price. Jay was very helpfull and accomodating and made our overall experience a great one. If you need a used car, you have to check this place out!

I BOUGHT A CHEVY 1500 SILVERADO FROM JOE AT THE USED CAR FACTORY. I FELT NO PRESSURE. ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERD. I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM A FEW DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED THE TRUCK AND THERE SERVICE DEPT. TOOK CARE OF IT IMEDIATLY. AND TO MY SUPRISE AT N/C BEING THAT I BOUGHT THE TRUCK AS IS.
