I drove there for service.
I drove there for service. Parts ordered. Service mgr said to come Sat. I did. My appointment wasn't listed. Came back again... third time. Too many times. Had to get help from a caregiver for my mother.

Went to pick up my car after service and it was
Went to pick up my car after service and it was substantially more than what was quoted when I dropped it off, because they said my Palisade used 2 extra quarts of oil. It was in the small print, but was not pointed out. Service price is too high, even after a $5 coupon I had. I’m buying a new car soon, but it won’t be another Hyundai. I feel like customer service is down and prices are up, especially since the moved to the new dealership.
