Where do I begin... I would not recommend my worst enemy to purchase anything from this dealership. We purchased a vehicle from here at the end of April. During the purchasing process, the salesman Josh told us that he would take a $1000 off the marked price. Then in a later conversation, he also said he would throw in a short term warranty in case anything went bad. Little did we know after we paid the $500 deposit, that they took away the $1000 off because they then said they couldn't do both. Then, two days later, we had to bring it in because the engine thermostat went out and the driver airbag sensor went on as well. Luckily, they fixed the thermostat with the warranty. ONE WEEK LATER the alternator went out. They would not cover this as "oil does not touch that part, and the warranty does not cover anything that oil doesn't touch". This is only the beginning of the drama. The exterior paint was doctored up to cover up rust marks, and a huge paint damage spot. Within the first few months of having this vehicle from them, we have had the vehicle in the shop several times now. Against my better judgement, we went with them because the car SEEMED to be nice. Do not fall for their shady tactics and pick from someone who is much more reliable with their business.

Salesman was low pressure and honest. We were comfortable covering two and one half pages of questions and things to look at.

I do not recommend buying a car from these guys!! They sell vehicles as is and don’t go through them before they sell. My mother in law bought car and transmission went out within 30 days and wouldn’t help fix. Made her take out another loan for $4000 and she lives on social security!! I bought a truck right before she did from here and they totally screwed me on trade in and the truck has been in the shop more than it’s been at my house!! Its sad because Gus is an honest guy working for a place that doesn’t care about the customer.

Had an excellent experience with Josh from T&L Auto. Stopped to view what they had on the lot, and he showed some really great cars. He knew his inventory and directed me toward a few prime cars. I settled on car that was very well mechanically maintained but had a few small dings (which I didn't really care about). Price was very reasonable, and they were, surprisingly, generous on my trade-in. No squabble negotiation and I was out the door with a great new 'used' car in about an hour. The car has preformed very well and couldn't be happier with the whole experience at T&L Auto Sales. Thanks Josh.

I personally had a great experience, T & L they did their best to help figure out the entire process and little to say, for my first time, going to a dealership to get a car I had a amazing experience, and I will definitely be coming there again

Test drove a vehicle, but didn’t buy though. The staff was great; Professional, honest, courteous. They tried to work with me & my situation, but I decided it was best for me to wait & not buy at the moment. Nothing wrong on their end though! When I’m in a better situation to buy, I would definitely go back!
