Growing up, for me, the Koons name always carried weight. I have had two interactions with Koons in the last month and a half and they both were identical: horrible and disrespectful. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice it’s all on me. Don’t be a twice licked lollipop like me. The guys at this dealership, specifically Devron and Orlando, liars. Old school shady car dealers. Stay away.

Pouya the salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, he helped us pick the best car (and just as importantly, he steered us away from cars that wouldn’t work well) for us. The finance guy we talked to was incredibly pushy, clearly using the tired sales tactics of “just for you I’ll cut the price of this unnecessary up charge in half!” He even tried to get us to finance a car at 9% interest when we had already told him we were paying in cash… All in all, Pouya made the experience a positive one, we’ll go back for our next car just because of him!

Asly was my sales person and she helped me negotiate a deal to purchase a car I found on their lot. It was a smooth process and her wonderful personality made the experience quick and effortless. Highly recommended!

This was the fastest buying process I have ever had for a car these guys Shuvo and Serdar were great I came in looking for a particular car and left out with one I wasn't even expecting but in the long run it will pan out to be the better purchase they didn't pressure me at all, and also the finance manager was great too my apologies i forgot his name but, he made the deal so good I didn't think twice about leaving without the vehicle. This dealership was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone I know in the market for a car thanks.

I was in the market for a reliable and very dependable vehicle for my 17 year old son. Great experience. Aurora and the rest of the sales team were very professional and you could tell they really cared about the customer experience. The car I eventually bought was exactly what was represented on their site and there were no surprises. Thanks again Aurora and team I will be back!

They made my wife us drive 45 minutes for a test drive only to make excuses about the vehicle not being present. They could have just been upfront about the vehicle and we could have come another day. The worst part is they made it sound like it was our fault by saying they sent the car to Honda to fix a recall issue because we noted it in the car fax report. Long story short - they look like a shady place. Be careful before making a big purchase.

I had a great experience everyone I met from the second I walked in was very professional but also funny and nice people. Jocelyn who i got my car from was very patient and was great with customer service and the finance guy was so energetic and a great guy and explained everything.
