I purchased a Chevy from Vince - very helpful with the entire process. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice environment. Professional service team. I get reminders for oil changes regularly. I will continue using the service shop and buy here again!

Purchase of a used Chevy truck
This so called dealership is poorly ran and has a terrible after sale good business with customers I went and bought a Chevy avalanche as is and they told me brakes and rotors are needed i said ok ... leaving the dealership to go home check engine light comes on they tell me it's the Cadillac convertor... and keep erasing the light to avoid helping me. After that I continuously was In contact with them after signing for a 12000 loan. And they would not help with what was important, the last visit they said it was a bad ground and the check engine light was taken care of. All lies! It turned back on next day and when they obviously were putting the dash back together did not do so correctly and is coming apart. I also told them with tech in my car doing a ride with me the way the gears shift hard one though three. And totally ignored the possibility of transmission going bad! And here I am traction control light comes on daily now. And does not engage correctly ! This is not right!! At all leaving a customer hanging with thousands of dollars in repairs. They told me go buy new tires and the sensor will not go off if u buy new tires. So I did did not help with traction control at all it's just a run around over and over never would I recommend no one buying from them unless it is a new or fairly brand new vehicle that they have to take care of. Now there is laws protecting buyers as is deal with frame bent twisted or trans. Or engine is bad or going bad... this is my next step and looking for help doing so ! Also when I bought tires brand new for truck I couldn't get spare down from underneath was all corroded and broke they bltenly told me no I'm not helping you with that! We will see what else if anything we will do for you as I can tell you to take a flying leap somewhere! Ugh disgusting

Checking out the inventory.
Went to rent a van to help my grandson move. When we returned the van my grandson wanted to do some used car ‘window shopping’. He was approached by a consultant but we told the person he wasn’t financially quite ready to buy yet. There was no undue pressure put on us to figure a way to make it work right then. If there had been, we would not have considered going back when the time to purchase was right. As it is, when that time comes Matthews Motors will be at the top of our places to shop.

Not a good experience.
Salesman Bryant worked hard to get a deal in place for us and I appreciate that. I never haggled on the price but did ask for a new inspection (runs out in three weeks), and an oil change (due in 18 miles per the Matthews sticker) and was told they could do it. The issue was there is only one key and I was told they couldn't do anything about it. No problem but all cars should have two keys so I asked for $100 off the sticker price to offset the price of me buying another key. Bryant went to ask his manager and came back with my down payment. I don't think I've ever lost a vehicle over $100 off the sticker price. Of course it was after 5 on a Friday, maybe the manager just wanted to go home. All my friends and acquaintances are like me and want a fair deal so I will make sure they all know that Matthews is not the dealer for that.

I felt welcomed, taken care of, and my best interest was looked out for. The customer service in general was good and pleasant, but if most or all of the other sales reps are half as dedicated to the customer, then every one of their customers are in great hands. Overall, I am very happy and pleased with my experience here as a first time car buyer and would certainly be happy to come back again in the future.

Great Customer Service
I was very happy from my first email on. My internet salesman was very attentive and respected my wishes on no phone calls, as I've noticed other places seem to have an issue with. Unfortunately, I didn't buy there, but had nothing to do with the place or people, but they didn't have the specific used truck I was looking for. I would def contact them in the future, if anything changed.
