Did not have all the information your byers sould have a

Did not have all the information your byers sould have a copy of the warranty so we know what our right and what you recommend needs done in writing. Makes life a little better some of us are older people and on a fixed income and don't have the money to do all that is needed done sorry but we all feel that way.

I’ve had this car from Kia less than 45 days and needed

I’ve had this car from Kia less than 45 days and needed the key fob reprogrammed and a new key I had purchased programmed. I was warned that the key may not program if it was a key that had been previously used or programmed to another car. The key was uncut, not previously used or programmed to another car, the key was brand new. The only thing I was warned of was if it was previously programmed it wouldn’t work and I would have to pay the service anyways. But since I knew the key was unused, uncut and un programmed I trusted that Kia would program my key. The service was supposed to be an hour I was brought back a bill maybe 20 minutes later after giving my key basically less than half of what the original service time was supposed to be. I was told the key could not be programmed but it was not for the reason I was originally warned it was because the key was not from a kia dealer or a Kia part something other than what I was knowledgeable about no one told me I had to buy a key from Kia for it to be programmed. No one said it would not work because of any other reason besides being previously programmed. Yet I was still charged the full service amount. And when I questioned this I was told I was previously informed. I was not informed about the key having to be from Kia or a Kia part I was only informed that it would possibly not work if it was previously programmed this is ridiculous. I was charged over $80 for less than 20 minutes of work and a problem that I was not knowledgeable of? Very ridiculous for a car I just purchased less than 45 days ago.
