The entire staff at Montrose was great. I told them what I wanted and they went out of their way to work with me to ensure I was able to get into a great car within my budget. I didn't encounter any of the b.s. you normally get when you enter a dealership. Just straight to the point - no nonsense talk. I really appreciated that. I primary dealt with Violet, who is fairly new to the dealership. She did a great job and was very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make the buying experience a lot of fun and she was very efficient too. I actually forgot to take my garage door opener and easy pass out of my old car and it was in my new car waiting for me when I was ready to go. The management at Montrose made a great decision when they hired Violet. I went with a certified used Optima. It only had 8k miles and was fully loaded. I would definately recommend Montrose and if you are looking for a nice vehicle and a good value I would recommend Kia.

I came to the dealership to see a specific car. They did not have it at the time as it was out being detailed. They did get it back after 2 days and I came back to test drive it. Thanks to their finance department working with me, I was able to drive home with my new car that day! Very good experience!
