I worked with Mike Slawinski to get a better vehicle for my growing family. My family and I went in to test drive the Kia Carnival EX and I fell in love with it during the test drive. Mike was great about my husband and I setting up our kids’ car seats, and focused on the family centered features in the MPV. At the end of the test drive he asked what we wanted to do today, to see if we were interested in purchasing. I knew I wanted a lease (it’s more beneficial for my family) and Mike helped make that happen! Negotiating the price, adding in extra perks, and helping to get me approved. I had told Mike how hard I worked the past year to improve my credit score (up almost 200 points!) because I knew a larger vehicle would be needed. My score was just under what a lease would usually get approved at but the deal was made! My kids and I now have a safe and reliable vehicle and we can be a two car family again. I fully recommend Mike Slawinski. Even when my kids got fussy and my husband had to take the older one home, I kept my newborn with me (which included feeding him) and not once did I get the impression that I was being watched, leered at, or anything else while working with Mike at Burlington Kia.

I recently purchased a car from Brad Doele at Burlington Kia and was so pleased with the staff and the environment. They were friendly, polite and worked hard to get me just what I wanted. It was as stress free as car shopping could be.

Stay away from Gary Abrams He never showed us anything...

Stay away from Gary Abrams He never showed us anything about the car we had brought from Kia we had the car for 3 months and found damage under the hood from some kind of animal called Kia International they Refused to help us . this was the 3 car I had gotten from them I can't even rate them because it was so Poor

Burlington KIA accepted the Kelley Blue Book value for my...

Burlington KIA accepted the Kelley Blue Book value for my vehicle. They wrote in emails that that would be the price they would pay and to consider my vehicle sold. When we got there they understandably wanted to see the vehicle and said afterword that the best they could do was about 65 % of the original price. They did not find anything wrong with the vehicle but complained that KBB must be wrong. Another dealer also used KBB and honored the price. Stay away from Burlington KIA

Basically, the problem we encountered was with a certain...

Basically, the problem we encountered was with a certain person in the service department., Frank Menc..... in reality, people can be a reflection of a business. We always had all our needs handled in the service department without incident. This time, it was so distressing as Frank was dismissive of our problem. We had dealt with him for 3 months over a replacement part that was to solve our problem. He treated my husband unprofessionally, and would not give him correct information to solve the problems. We had to go to an outside mechanic, who solved our problem immediately. we incurred a $200.00 charge. This is poor customer service.

Initially I was content with Kia. Problem developed when I had to deal with a particular Service manager, Frank. His demeanor was dismissive and he would not assist me with a solution to my problem, namely failing state inspection for 3 months related to a faulty computer. They replaced the part, but he would not accept inspection station’s solution to problem. He rude to me and said go complain to whomever. I need my car, and I need someone to intervene.Help.

STAY AWAY!! This dealership practices in bait and switch!...

STAY AWAY!! This dealership practices in bait and switch! Do not buy here. I tried to buy a used car from them that was on their lot and they would not sell me the car at their full advertised asking price. Said it was mistake on web site and car was auction car. I said that “as is” was fine. Still no luck.
