Terrible experience at Burlington Kia, NJ.
Terrible experience at Burlington Kia, NJ. They contacted me first, gave me specific numbers over the phone, and I told them clearly I’m driving 1 hour 30 minutes to get there. But when I arrived, they gave me a completely different, much higher price and said it was a “mistake on their end.” They didn’t try to fix it or offer any solution. I didn’t buy from them. They wasted my time — don’t go there. Plenty of better dealers out there.

Test drove the new Carnival with Brad Doele (who could
Test drove the new Carnival with Brad Doele (who could not have been nicer and more professional…even if he tried). Worked out most of the pricing via text, then returned to buy it. I was well prepared for all the potential negative things that happen too frequently at dealerships, but none of that happened to me. Brad (in Sales), and Peter (in Finance), were an absolute pleasure to deal with! * My new Carnival is awesome!

I am extremely disappointed with Kia's handling of my 2022 Sportage. The engine seized despite being under a 100,000-mile/10-year powertrain warranty. Kia denied coverage, citing oil sludge buildup and lack of service records from their dealerships, even though the warranty doesn't legally require servicing exclusively at Kia. Oil sludge can result from engine defects, yet they refused to investigate further. This lack of accountability and failure to honor a warranty is unacceptable. I expected better customer support and reliability when purchasing a Kia. Think twice before trusting their warranties!

Couldn’t pay me to buy a car from this dealership.
Couldn’t pay me to buy a car from this dealership. If you or a family member decide to visit, PLEASE protect yourself and bring a friend or family member not involved in the decision as an impartial observer and second opinion. ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. Spark notes below: —Unnecessary “global wide” market adjustment on every model coupled with sticker price side lines that add unnecessary add ons. Over $7000 added to the MSRP of a car for nothing. Example: Added $3,995 on top of MSRP as a market adjustment - just because. $450 add on for nitrogen filled tires - you can get this free at local vendors. —Test drives are a joke. They take you out onto 130 north, up a half mile to a jug handle, back down south a mile to another jug handle and then north into the dealership. All-in-all less, this “test drive” was less than 5 minutes in a straight line. —Asked to see the condition of a certified preowned car and made clear we weren’t planning to buy today. They insisted we had to drive it. This “test drive” was literally a circle around the dealership staying in the lot the entire time. —Refused to give pricing unless you commit to buying a car. —After the salesman talked in circles dodging the direct repeated question for pricing on two cars. Sales manager Jason became involved. Apparently using the word “No.” as a complete sentence is being quote “combative”. —Salesman called back and left two voicemails with family member attempting to gaslight her on the events and what lead to the outcome referring to me as a quote “problem” and quote “wanting to talk this through again just us”. Turns out saying no to buying a car without an understanding of price isn’t just “combative” it’s also being a “problem.” The lack of professionalism and attempts to take advantage of the unknowing buyer is astounding and disgusting. Do not buy a car here.
