Beware.

Beware. The service department supervisor Mason is not educated in providing loaner. I have full coverage with State Farm and was denied a loaner.

While Roland took care of my 2005 Acura, Cam simultaneously walked me through the process of purchasing a brand new Acura. Yesterday at 5pm in very heavy traffic, on Huebner Rd I

Yesterday at 5pm in very heavy traffic, on Huebner Rd I heard a thud. It felt like an animal ran into my car or tire. I looked around and behind me and pulled over to see that actually a car or truck had grazed my rear panel above the wheel. the car was making a grinding dragging noise now didn't feel safe to drive. Before I called AAA, I called Acura to see if I could have it towed so they could look at it. Mathew a from service center took my call and asked where I was and actually came out and drove it, crawled under it and found a chunk of metal that turned out to be a tire/wheel weight stuck in the well from the car that grazed me. He pulled it out, said I might need a new tire and to bring it in the odds of that happening are rare..I could drive it home seems fine but will take it in tomorrow. Matthew went above and beyond yesterday and I really appreciated his concern and dedication to this customer ..I have been looking for a new car. My AcuraTL is 15 years old runs great and looks even better:) I will look no further, Gunn has taken good care of me and my car! If I could give them 10 stars I would! and I'm hard to please! lol Thank you Matt!

My overall experience with Gunn Acura was customer service focused, solution driven and results oriented. Service Rep Declan continued to provide us with outstanding customer service and care throughout our recent visit. This “service plus” approach is the main reason we will continue to support Gunn Acura as our automotive service provider.

We will never take our vehicle to another dealership.

We will never take our vehicle to another dealership. Declan always handles our intake and stays on top of any service we’re having done. A few months ago, we heard a slight ticking sound in our engine. Called and made an appointment for next day. Brought it in. Spent about two hours at the dealership and found out there were metal shavings in our motor oil. Had to replace entire engine at 60k miles. Declan worked with our warranty company and got the brand new engine covered. Acura installed it and tested it several times before releasing it back to us. Gunn Acura put us in a brand new MDX while they had mine….about a month long. Came back this week for an oil change. Declan came out and let us know that lower control arms needed to be replaced, and that he had already cleared it with warranty company and they approved the replacement. Gave us a loaner and it was done and ready the next day. As always, they wash the car and make it look great again for when you pick it up. We will NEVER take our Acura anywhere else other than Gunn. If you need your Acura serviced, go there and ask for Declan.
