Gunn Acura service is the best. I took my car in to be inspected and was treated no different than if I had taken it in for regular service or repair! Jessie James, my service tech, took very good care of me and my car. He had it washed and vacuumed and kept me informed throughout my wait. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Gunn because the service is always top notch! Jessie exemplified that service!

Absolutely horrific experience. The service manager...

Absolutely horrific experience. The service manager actually walked away from me. Dishonest and rude staff minus a few. I will never buy an Acura again. I paid $1,700 for 100,000 mile servicing only to have to bring it back in multiple times the next few weeks after for problems they caused and lied about. I spent a ton more money out of my pocket, and I was treated with complete disrespect. I left a message for the delearship manager who is unable to speak due to travel.

My B1 service went very well! It was a pleasure to talk to Joshua Rice, the Assistant Service Director. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as always. My RDX was completed earlier than expected for which I was grateful. Jose, my Service Advisor also did a great job.

I own an 2019 Acura RDX that has been having problems...

I own an 2019 Acura RDX that has been having problems with the infotainment screen freezing and just other weird problems. I scheduled a service with the dealership back in May and took a day off from work. I received a call the morning I was taking the car in and was told my appointment was canceled due to a lack of loaner cars. I said that I would wait for the car as it was only supposed to be a 2 to 3 hour job. They told me no that I would have to reschedule for the first week of June. I said okay and set another appointment for the first week of June. I called the day I was supposed to go and make sure that they were going to keep my appointment this time and they stated they did not have the part anymore. So I would have driven an hour to the dealership to show up for no reason and no one called to let me know. I have called back every month because no one will call me. They say that they still don't have any parts for my vehicle and it has been almost 5 months now. I asked to speak to a manager to try and get this resolved and the only answer I get is that they are in a meeting and aren't available to take a phone call. This is the 3rd time I have had to have warranty work done on this vehicle for a problem and every time it is a struggle to get them to schedule the work and once scheduled to get the work completed in a timely manner. I will never by another vehicle from any Gunn Dealership, especially Gunn Acura in San Antonio.

crivali, as you may be aware, there is an international semiconductor chip shortage that has devastated the auto industry, drastically reducing our inventory, replacement parts and courtesy vehicle availability. I know this does not solve your issue, but do know we are doing all we can to ensure our customers are taken care of as best as possible. I have taken the liberty of copying your comments and have sent them to the leadership at Gunn Acura. I hope you will allow us the opportunity to earn your trust and future business once again.

I usually don't respond to responses but I will this time. yes I am aware of the parts shortage. If you read my review you would see that this is not the first time that I have had a problem with the service department at your dealership. The first time was in early 2019 when the car was new and BEFORE the parts shortage. On to the current problem. I called and talked to the Asst Director of service to get my vehicle looked at and was given a load of BS about what the problem was and picked the vehicle up without anything being done because they couldn't reproduce a intermittent problem. Funny, because the very next day the problem showed up and without the USB plugged in that they say was causing the problem. So I solved the problem for you and got rid of the vehicle.

Everyone in service department were very friendly and helpful they help each other to ensure customer satisfaction is always available. Since Brandon service advisor was not able to accept my car at the time I got there, other service advisor help him out. Kept me informed all the time. Awesome staff
