Great service and kind professionals

Have always had a great experience with the Stapp service/parts and sales departments. Highly recommended. Have been servicing my Tacoma ever since I purchased it there in 2019.

Horrible customer service

I moved to the area almost 2 years ago, and have brought my Sienna in for service each time. And most recently for a recall. Customer service is absolutely horrible in the service department, especially the 2 young girls that work there. Each time I've gone in neither of them even acknowledge me. Somebody else has walked in from down the hallway to greet me and take care of me, after standing there for 7 mins of being ignored this time. I sure hope Lupita didn't get paid on my ticket!

Great service

Great customer service from everyone I dealt with! My truck was done faster than expected and they even had the shuttle give me a ride home. Great experience all around!

Thrilled!!!

I had the best experience ever buying a vehicle at Stapp Toyota. Whitney was our salesperson and she made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. She communicated so well before the sale we hardly had to do anything the day we picked it up. Whitney is a no pressure salesperson and I’ll buy all my cars with her in the future. Is this the same Stapp?

Well, you asked for it. We were notified recently by Toyota that a Recall had been issued for the Stability Control on our 2020 Highlander, so we, naturally, called Stapp to arrange for the work to be done. Question 1: Can we wait while the work is done? Answer: xxxx no. Deduct one star from rating. Question 2: Then can we have a loaner, so we don't have to drive a chase vehicle to retrieve, then return, the Highlander driver? Answer: No. Deduct second star. Then, when we picked up the car the driver's display was blacked out and it took some time to get our normal controls back on screen. Deduct another star. Overall, not the type of experience we had come to expect from Stapp, with which we have been doing business for over ten years. Deduct the fourth star. What happened?

Yutch- I'm sorry to hear that your service appointment did meet your expectations. This specific recall is a computer based update that can take several hours to complete. We do have rental vehicles available, however they are currently booked out several weeks. With this software update the settings are reset back to the factory settings, we strive to get the settings reset, and apologize if we missed one.
