Graham Auto Sales has very fair pricing and amazing service. I saw the car I was looking for at the exact price I wanted to pay on cars.com and I said to myself "There is no way in xxxx a dealership would put such a fair price on a car like that". In my opinion, if its too little theres something wrong with it, if its too much you know they're padding it to make an unnecessarily high profit. It was priced reasonably well for its age and condition. So I decided to drive down and test drive it myself, and give it a full body check, just to be sure. All it really needed was an oil change and some new tires. Nothing else was wrong with it. An added bonus was that they don't really charge dealership fees and they provided a carfax report as well. I'd definitely go back and buy another car from them in the future, as long as they keep their current business model.

My husband found just what he was looking for with no hassle. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

My story is one that is very long but I will try to make it short. Not long ago my wife and I decided to purchase our second vehicle from Ghram Auto Sales. as a quick side note I will say that our first was bought two years ago and has had absolutely no problems. After doing an internet search and meeting with them in person I chose to buy a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup. I had just started a new job a few weeks prior to purchasing said truck. after having the truck only a couple of weeks I realized that I had made a mistake in calculating my new salary. At this point the truck had already been purchased and all paperwork turned over to the financing company. After realizing that my salary was less than originally thought to be I had to call and admit I could not afford the truck. because the deal was done and it was my mistake they could have just let it go and my truck would have been repoed. Instead of letting this happen Rick made me feel comfortable and told me that he could work something out. They contacted the financing company and ended up writing a check for the remaining cost of the Dodge Ram. The next day they put me in a car with a payment that I could afford. This is not something that had to be done or even something I expected to be done. Rick and the staff went out of their way to keep my wife and I from having a repo on our record and in the long run helped us with a better vehicle for our budget. so to make a long story short my wife and I now have two Vehicles purchase from Graham auto with absolutely no issues and a very thankful heart. Definitely a DIAMOND in the rough! Used car dealerships are scary right? NOT HERE! Everyone there was exactly like all the reviews before me say friendly and helpful but what seriously sets this place apart is there INTEGRITY! They don't take advantage of you they actually help you get the deal you want or need in my case ;-) This is a place where anyone can come and get treated the same GREAT WAY regardless of gender, or anything else. And best of all you are getting a quality car at a great price! There financing is amazing and even with credit issues you can still get into your car so don't shy away check them out! These guys Tim and Rick are the most honest, trustworthy guys ive ever worked with in the car-buying process. I found an 07 Mustang on their website, went to check it out, and they let me test drive it with no hassle whatsoever. They allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic to make sure everything was in check, and when a few minor issues were detected with the car, they addressed them and had them fixed right away. They even ordered me a new mirror when i showed them the mirror housing was loose as well as an O-Ring under the hood. These guys are great and i would definitely recommend them!

I have bought several cars from them and I couldn't be happier. They will go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to make you happy. I believe they are the only dealer around who doesn't charge any ridiculous add on fees.

The absolute best experience I have had buying a car period! Ricky and Tim provided awesome customer service. They did not pressure us into buying a car. They allowed us shop for my sons car with ease and once we were ready to make a purchase, everything went so smooth. They explained everything well and even allowed us to keep the car over night to have a machanic check it out before we made a purchase. There were a couple of minor problems with the car and they didn't blink an eye when we ask them to repair them. They actually ordered the necessary parts on the spot. What customer service! You just can't get much better than this. On top of all this, these guys really make you feel like family and they are so honest. I really can't believe the service we received from these guys. Like everyone else, I had my doubts about purchasing a car from a small used car lot. But I was tired of trying to set up times to meet ppl to look at cars only to be dissapointed once I made arrangements to do so. Graham Auto Sales is minutes from my job & I had been seeing a lot of nice looking cars there. I was still skeptical. Finally I decided to stop in & I am glad I did. Rick & Tim are super guys! They were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted. After a week of owning the vehicle the air stopped working. Even though I bought it "as is" they stood behind their sale & went out of their way to get it right. That is something even the big dealerships will not do without a fight!

Tim was a blessing....this was my first car buying experience and he is so pesonable. We came back three times for varius reasons and the third time was a charm. He was great with my family and all my questions. I bought a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer and he did everything possible to help me. Great reason to buy from Graham Auto. Both Tim and Ricky were extremely helpful and professional with the sale of the 2001 Ford Mustang. There was no hassle or persuasion in the sale of the car. It made the purchasing decision so much easier. There were some mechanical issues with the car which they took care of to our satisfaction.
