No Eboni or Imani on site
Browsed the site, saw vehicle I wanted. IMANI calls me 6 times, we speak and I clearly state what I am looking for. She was constantly confirming I would be there on time. Went to expert autos in temple hills. I was. I was even early. The last text from her said to ask for Dewayne and he would get her. As someone else said, she is not there and no one has record of my appointment. Then I am told the specific vehicle and color and mileage I discussed with Imani was not on the lot!!!!!! Asked do I want to look at anything else? Uh, no! Not sure if Imani was ever at this dealership or from a call center but she should have said so.
