After visiting several dealerships in South Carolina and North Carolina I was very unsuccessful at finding what I wanted. The biggest turnoff for me was the salesman. They didn't make me feel welcome and not making me feel they were working for me. So once I arrived at Adams Auto Group I was stressed out and aggravated. Chris Peake was the first to greet me. His personality brighten my day. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. He let me know he was there to help me. And I don't need to look no more. He goes out and beyond for his clients. He makes sure you leave satisfied with a vehicle. I left there feeling very pleased and satisfied with exactly what I wasn looking for. My salesperson was, Scott Webb, who was very nice. When looking around for cars he kept my interest in mind and shown me similar cars, which I liked as other dealers will show you everything and anything for a sale. Overall the dealership salers were very nice, no one was pushy, everyone was very welcoming! I did make a purchase I was happy about and Scott showed me how to program phone to car and the price of car was good also!

My salesperson was Christopher Peake. From the time I talked to him over the phone until I met him face to face, it was a pleasure to be in his presence. He made my purchasing a car a very great experience. He answered all my questions, he was honest with me, up front and it was more than just selling a car to him. He knew I was purchasing a car for my daughter and he made sure that we got the best deal, he really seemed to care about my family and for that, I am grateful to him and the rest of the staff, for working with us and making this a great car buying experience. After having a bad experience at another local dealer, my fiance and I were convinced we weren't going to find the car we were looking for. Adams Auto group had many options online and at their lot off N Tryon. We met with Vito who gave us honest advice and all the information to make the right decision. He was friendly and had us laughing our entire experience. We ended up finding something better than we had hoped! the buying process we super easy and we were out with our new vehicle in a few hours! I spoke with Jeremy 3 weeks prior to visiting the dealership. He left me with a positive impression, therefore I visited the dealership 3 weeks later. I received a call from Terrique the morning I was going to visit the dealership and Terrique explained that Jeremy was his General Manager and they will assist me when I arrive. I had been to several dealerships in the Charlotte area in pursuit of finding a vehicle. By the time I made it to Adams Auto Group, I was exhausted and had lost all faith in Salesmen. That is when I found Christopher Peake. I never once felt like this was a sales transaction, but a friend helping a friend.
