On the Road Again

I feel so compelled to write a review of my experience with Brandon Baldwin. From the very first handshake to the last one Brandon was professional, kind, respectful, thoughtful, thorough, and honest. I was on a hunt for a used car within 5k. He had plenty of options, and allowed for me to review his inventory without a hint of pushiness. I ended up buying a BEAUTIFUL Volvo S40 that comes with a warranty (and I can extend it). While test driving it I got a feel for the type of business man Brandon is, how it is that he gets such nice cars (I've been eyeing his business for the past 16 years), and quickly found that this particular man CARES. He cares about the community, he cares for the people driving off the lot to be completely satisfied without being pushed into making decisions, and for such people to have a reliable car they don't have to worry about turning into a lemon. I came in almost at closing, in the rain, and walked out as a the new owner of an amazing car. I paid cash, but he does have financing available which he takes the time to explain (he's passionate about financial literacy). Look, go. Now. You won't regret it. Every bit of the 5k I spent was worth the experience alone. Thank you Brandon!

On the Road Again was a like a breath of fresh air for someone like me. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit and needed a quality used vehicle. I had dealt with other dealers who were not as professional nor honest as this dealership. The customer service is superb, the financing was effortless and the car I bought is wonderful. I would and have recommended this dealership to family and friends...without hesitation. When the time comes for me purchase another car, I will DEFINITELY go to On the Road Again.

Overall a painless buying experience. Friendly staff, and good inventory. They won't sell junk. Brandon sold me my car, and was very honest, upfront, and down to Earth. He is not your typical, pushy salesperson. Honesty and integrity is hard to find in the used car business, but you can find it here. He was very open and offered full disclosure on the car we were interested in without having to be asked. He pointed out every bump and ding in the car to make sure we were aware of it. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice used car to check their inventory. Buying a used car can be a huge risk, but these guys won't try to sell you rubbish like other dealers in the area.

I really enjoyed working with Chris and Brandon with my car purchasing experience their professional, down to earth, and overall wonderful car salesmen but most of all I Love my vehicle! I would recommend On the Road for anyone looking to purchase a reliable nice car!

I expect the worst when I have to purchase a car. Thankfully On The Road Again made it easy and has become my "go to place" for a car. They even helped me get financing with better rates than my own bank! The staff was friendly, the cars are clean and they have the Carfax available for free. Thanks Brandon and Chris!
