Absolutely rude salesman. He interrupted when we were speaking. Changed his story from one person to the next. Talked about us and complained openly to another gentleman while we were right there. We asked for a written guarantee and he got defensive. I would give ZERO stars but it won’t let me.

Found a truck I liked from this place, they gave it a clean bill of health and they reassured me that if something goes wrong they will make it right. "I promise" the guy said. Well he did not hold true to that. Day later having heat problems, find out head gasket was bad in this truck. They first told me they would fix it for me, 5 days later they change their mind and want to buy the truck back as is. By the time everything was done with I was without a truck for over three weeks. I had to drive their truck back to them. Get there to try and get into another truck and they wouldn't do anything to help get me into something. I got there and told them I wanted to buy another truck but they would do nothing to work with me on a truck after I spent two days driving there, three weeks without a truck, nothing! Not even a hey we are sorry se screwed up and didnt check the truck over enough before we sold it. Nothing!

Everyone I worked with were incredibly friendly and great to work with! Bill was fantastic and the work Casey did to get me a better rate on my loan was nothing short of amazing! I am so glad I went there!

The trucks they sell are not at all worth what they are priced at. They are a shady group that knowingly sells lemons and could not care less about you after you leave the lot. I bought a truck from them and 6 months later needed a new transmission. Shortly after the entire underbody rusted out so bad that the frame cracked in half and exhaust fell right off. Save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere!

Almost 3 years and over $10,000 in repairs! Dealership not helpful from day 1 when issues began! Definitely would not recommend!! Not even a month after purchase the engine light came on and it has been downhill ever since. Several egr valves, the turbo, injectors, differential and on and on. This vehicle should've never been for sale and if they are an experienced car dealership, they should've known that. Very dissatisfied with this truck as it now has issues with the dashboard lights and as of yesterday, the transmission is going!!! Warning to others...buy somewhere else. I gave them 1 star in the ratings but that's being generous. I would give them zero!
