I have purchased several cars from Neil at Star Motors and have always found him very professional and fair. I like his facilities which are spotless and all of his employees are very knowledgeable. Just about all of his employees call me by my first name which makes me very comfortable, When I need maintenance I always get a car to drive or an offer to take me somewhere, Any maintenance is explained in detail before it is performed and my car always comes back clean. I have recommended Star Motors to several friends and I know they have purchased cars and had the same experience that I have. I will never purchase a car from anyone else again!

Purchased 2 vehicles, Dodge Ram truck and Mercedes GLK350. Was looking for new truck and Sales team presented a perfect 2010 4x4 ram, was as clean as I could find. Great ride and very good price. My wife saw the new truck and we went down and the owner met us out front , it didn't take long for her to sit in a 2011 GLK350 and say" this is mine!" We went inside and closed the deal. Never been happier , we bring our vehicles for maintenance and we are treated like family at STAR Motors. Professionals all the way. The showroom is loaded with collector type old Mercedes limos and such. Its a walk thru history. This is not just a parking lot with cars for sale, its a true passion. PS. I gave the facilities 4 stars vs 5 , the coffee machine while you wait for repairs could use an upgrade. Otherwise the place is polished.

Simply, the best. My 2014 E 350 is the second Mercedes I purchased from Neil. It is the best car I have owned, bar none, and I have driven some very luxurious rides. Star Motors has always treated me in the best way possible, even though I had some difficulty with my 08 E350. The work was covered with the extended warranty both at home and a thousand miles away. The 08 was also involved in a hit and run accident and the work was performed by Star Motors to my satisfaction. In all cases, a loaner car was provided by Neil, and I was completely satisfied with the service. I will definetly purchase another car from Star Motors.

I spoke to Neal about this 2011 SL63 AMG and in about a week right before Christmas, I flew up from Naples, Florida, arrived at their location. The car was all ready and this great automobile was just like Neal said it was.. With in 3 hours Neal and his great professional staff had me on my way..(of coarse, after full payment, lol ) I drove to see my family in Westchester N.Y. Than two days later I drove this awesome car to Michigan to pick up my wife at the airport and to be with her family for Christmas. After Christmas, we drove back home to warm, sunny, Naples, Florida. What a dream ride !! This is the way used car buying is supposed to be !! I would recommend Neal for anyone in the market for a great used MB... I would not hesitate to purchase another fine MB from Star Motors !! Thanks again Neal and company !!! If I could summarize my experience with Star Motors in one word it would be: outstanding, outstanding and outstanding! The pictures and description posted online were honest and they were good enough for me to buy their Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic, but I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was even better than the pictures. It was superb! I was even more impressed by the personal touch of the customer service team at Star Motors. My wife and I flew from Texas and gave them a surprise visit at the last minute and they took care of us even outside of their working hours. Now that?s what I call service! Neil, Brenda and Jake went the extra miles to make sure that I am satisfied with everything. Some of the advice given to me were priceless and I felt that they treated me as if I were family. You can?t find that from just any dealers. Buying from Star Motors is the best car-buying decision I've ever made.

I recently purchased a used E class Mercedes sedan from Starr motors. My family and our friends have been dealing with Neil owner and Jake his service manager. This is the 4th vehicle that our family has purchased from them and we live over 100 miles away. These guys have been absolutely fantastic with all of our dealings with them. They have been 100% honest and transparent with all of the used vehicles we have purchased from them. All of the vehicles run absolutely perfectly and any minor repairs that they had to correct prior to purchase were done professionally and flawlessly. They are extremely helpful in obtaining financing if required. That's why my family and I will always purchase our vehicles from them now and in the future. Its very refreshing to know that in this day and age that you can deal with a HONEST USED CAR SALESMAN!

Neil was upfront, honest and easy to work with. There was no pressure to purchase. He made the entire buying experience a very pleasant one.

I spent 3 months researching used and CPO luxury cars. I accidentally stumbled upon Star motors' website and found great selection of Mercedes. I spoke with Neil on the phone, he was pleasant and very courteous. To accommodate my schedule, Neil even agreed to meet on a Saturday, when they are actually closed. As a first time Mercedes buyer, I was not sure what to expect. Neil provided honest and straightforward answers to many of my questions. I ended up buying a ML 350 the same day, best decision I ever made. I love the car and the "no pressure" sales approach left me a completely satisfied customer. There was a small scratch on the rear bumper of the ML 350, which Neil pointed out right away, and they fixed it for me, it looks like new and I can hardly identify the original spot - wish I had taken a picture :) I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes, to go straight to Star Motors, you will not be disappointed.
