Jess is the Best

Working with Jess was so easy. She was patient, helpful, and prepared. The vehicles we wanted to test drive were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. I’ve never had such an easy car buying experience before.

I’ve had horrible car buying experiences and amazing car

I’ve had horrible car buying experiences and amazing car buying experiences. This one was awesome. I’m out of state and inquired about a Porsche Cayenne. Michael text me first thing the following day Monday. They’re closed Sundays. He responded quickly and not only answered my questions but intuitively provided additional info he knew I’d be asking next. He was excited for me to get the car because he was confident about the car’s performance. When I was satisfied that I could fly in to get it and drive it home without any issues I figured I’d see if he could sweeten it a bit. Boy did he! We agreed on the price, worked out the details and I booked my flight. I had researched Porsche for the last two years. I’d been shopping and narrowing my options for the last month. We made a deal in a day. On Tuesday I secured the money. On Wednesday I flew in. Michael picked me up from the airport and I got to do my test drive back to the dealership. Everything worked great. The car performed phenomenally. I was looking for a reason to not buy the car but I couldn’t find one. Michael was a lot of fun to work with because he’s a customer advocate and easy going. Even being out of state I will consider Mid-Illini Auto Center for my next vehicle. Another Porsche.

One of the best experiences buying a car

My daughter bought her car here and told me if I was shopping for a car I should stop by. Let me tell you I was impressed and it takes a lot to impress this 70 year old man. They go out of there way to help put you in the car you are wanting. Nancy was sold when we took the car for a test drive. No it didn't have all the bells and whistles I was looking for, but it did impress me. I will be coming back here when the need arises. I believe they will be my place for mechanical work and oil changes too. All around one of the better experiences buying a car. You know me, use my name.

Honest, Straightforward, No Hassles

I like the fact that Mid-Illini stocks quality cars that are in demand. They allowed me to take my prospective car to a local mechanic to have it looked over. I appreciate the honest upfront discussion on price and the care that they had for me as a customer and balance that with their needs to make money on the vehicle.

Satisfied customer

I bought a 2007 Chevrolet SS and I'm in love with this car very clean inside and out, but what stood out the most was the friendly staff particularly, Jessica she was awesome she made me feel at home very professional, and got me in and out efficiently, with that thank you so much and will recommend anyone I come across to come see you guys.
