A++ Wonderful place to purchase a vehicle

After an awful experiance at Peabody BMW, I decided to look elsewhere for a used BMW. Well, I found it. I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive from Dan (the owner) at Topsfield Motor Company. The car is wonderful, the facility was clean, neat, and organized. Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommended, don't even think twice about it, stop by and check them out - these guys offer what the huge franchised dealerships can't... they are honest, up front, and follow through with what they say. Thanks for a great experience! P.S. I have already recommended Topsfield to several people and hope to send many your way!

No pressure experience.

I have been a customer of TMC for approximately 3 1/2 years and during those years I have purchased 2 Audi SUV's from Dan (owner of TMC). My first SUV has had all service on it done @ TMC and I am more than certain my newly purchased SUV will also be serviced there (once the Audi warranty runs out). Both the buying and servicing experiences have been top notch, no pressure and honest! Dan, Greg, Lester and Jerry have all been very kind, patient, never phony and never making me feel like I ask foolish questions, always making themselves available for assistance. They make buying a car a "fun experience" which has never been my dealership experiences before. They are like family without the arguing, bickering and stress!!! Asked if I would recommend them to anyone one I know? My answer would be, I would be a fool not to and cannot keep Topsfield's "gem" a secret any longer!

Topsfield is Top Notch

I visited Topsfield Motors in my search for a used BMW X3. They were very professional. They have a great shop with a lot of specialty Mercedes and BMWs. They had the car I was interested in ready for me to test drive and were friendly and helpful as they answered the many questions I had. Although they didn't have the perfect car for me, I would certainly try them again when I need another car.

Great honest dealership

I bought a mercedes sl 500 that Dan had online I travelled 5 hours one way from nystate to purchase it it was. 100 percent as advertised dan and Greg went over the car with security to make sure it was ready to.leave the state for the long trip back they were extremely professional and total experience was worth the 10 hours travelled thanks again guys for a great auto!

Excellent used car dealership

Don Donegan , the owner and Greg, his assistant have created an excellent niche in the slightly used or classic used car market. They both have a remarkable knowledge base of German cars, the products that are out there and the differences between Benz, BMW , and Audi. Don hand picks cars to sell in his business that are superior to what you will find on the dealer lots. I have been looking for a 2 - 3 year old BMW Wagon or Audi, or Benz, small SUV , and they had a BMW 328xi wagon that was far better than any than I have found in a 100mi radius at any dealer in the past 2 months. I had actually given up my search and resigned myself to compromising. All the dealer cars that I looked at were either beat, scratched, or the wrong color combinations, or did not have the features that I wanted. After spending about an hour with Greg, showing me this car, it dawned on me that there was no reason I should not buy it. He let me drive it extensively, and even put it on a lift to examine it. I would buy from them again, and recommend them to my friends. Thanks for the experience.

An Enjoyable Car Buying Experience!

After looking for about a month for a used Volvo wagon via private sales, my online searching revealed a great looking '07 Volvo wagon at Topsfield Motor. The photos and CarFax looked too good to be true! I've been buying used Volvos for the past 25 years via private sales so I was a bit apprehensive about buying from a dealer. When I first met Dan Donegan (the owner) I was immediately relieved that he seemed to be such a nice person. My first impression was correct! The whole purchasing process was enjoyable. My wife and I felt good about everyone we interacted with at Topsfield Motor. We even bypassed our usual pre-purchase inspection by our local mechanic because we trusted that the car was thoroughly inspected and anything that needed to be fixed was (including a new timing belt installed sooner than was necessary). We love the car and look forward to contacting Topsfield Motor Co. for our next car purchase.

My best car buying expereince to date

My experience with Topsfield Motors, specifically with Dan (owner) and Greg (sales), was nothing short of spectacular, and I would urge anyone reading this to consider them when buying a car. Courteous, professional, tactful and fair are a few words that come to mind. Take all of your pre-conceived notions you have about the car-buying experience and toss them out the window - these guys just re-wrote the book on it! I liked the fact that they are car enthusiasts first and foremost, and that is readily apparent when dealing with them. From the test-drive to closing - and every step in between - I literally can't come up with anything to complain about. In fact, I enjoyed getting to know these guys and their company quite a bit throughout the process, and I will pick up the phone and call them again when the time comes, without hesitation. And I would urge you all to do the same!!

Good car-good dealer

I waited a week before I wrote the review to make sure that if I had a problem, it would be taken care of. Yes, it was, promptly and without question. I have access to MB Diagnosis equipment, and a great MB mechanic (100 miles from the dealer) so I could do an extensive survey of the car after I bought it, at our own pace. We found a few things that needed fixing. Dan asked me to bring the car down and he would take care of them. The clearly identified items were promptly and correctly rectified. There seems to be a minor problem with the messages in the dash. Neither of us can trace the source. After studying the problem, it appears that it only happens when it is extremely cold, 5 degrees or below, and disappears after the car warms up. The problem appears minor, and if we can narrow it to the source module, I am confident Dan will take care of it. Yes, I am very satisfied with my experience with Topsfield Motor Co.

Stress-free buying experience

Working with Dan was terrific. His staff at Topsfield is extremely courteous and professional. Even the negotiation process was pleasant. I would easily go back to Topsfield for my next vehicle.

Great buying experience

I purchased an Audi Q5 from the owner Dan, and the whole buying experience was a breath of fresh air. No hard sales pitch, just nice friendly negotiations. The whole staff is so courteous and nice. Would go back to him for my next car in a heart beat.
