Stuckey Subaru

Stuckey advertised an incoming car with a moonroof. Got there today after driving 3 hours to pick it up, and they falsely advertised the car and could not deliver the advertised car at there online price, even if they did have one on the lot with the exact advertised features that son was looking for. It was my second trip out there, so a lot of effort went into this, More that 12 hours invested, but they were kind enough to give us a $25 gift car for gas. I would not waste my time traveling to the dealership that advertised something just to get you in there to possibly sell you a stripped down model at there advertised price for an upgraded one.

I was extremely happy with how well Jerry explained everything about the Subaru I chose. He wasn't pushy and he answered all of my questions. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Visited the showroom unannounced to test drive the car I’m interested in. Had to wait 45 mins to test drive because vehicle listed was not at this location as advertised. Now I’m playing “text tag” with an online rep. Still waiting for negotiations on final price.
