Peninsula Subaru

The Peninsula Subaru Dealership is respectful towards clients. Work was completed quickly, and the review of my vehicle was thorough, which I appreciated. However, due to their remodel of the facility the tendency currently is more focused on an automated approach (relying on the use of text and email) with clients having their cars serviced. I hope once the remodel is complete that Peninsula Subaru will return to a more personal approach when working with customers. This is something that I have always appreciated with their service in the past! Through this Peninsula Subaru always stood out against the competition.

In spite of being under construction of a complete redo of their facility they gave me prompt repair of mouse damage that left us stranded on the freeway. We appreciated getting back on the road.
